Safty Caution 1.Kindly Reminder Welcome to choose our industrial washing machine . This instruction manual contains important message of installation, using and maintenance of machine. Please read this manual carefully, so as to use washing machine correctly and extend its service life. If the user do not comply with the installation and operating instructions specified in the notice, any failure and loss caused by is not in the scope of manufacturer's warranty, manufacturer also do not undertake any responsibility. Please take good care of all documents, if you have any questions please contact with local customer service center or dealer. 2.Eco Saving * If you want to dispose this machine, please follow local waste disposal ordinance. Cut off the power cord, then this machine won’t be used again. Take off the door, then children and animals won’t be trapped in the machine. * Do not overuse detergent. * Only use stain remover when it is very necessary. * It is very conducive to environment protection to save water, electricity and detergent. And also can save your cost. * It is more economical and environmentally friendly to wash clothes according to its largest amount of washing and drying. * If you wash small quantity of clothes, the automatic control system of machine will reduce water consumption and power consumption. * It is not necessary to pre-wash the clothes which are not too dirty. * For the clothes which are not too dirty, you can choose short time washing program according to fabric type. * You can choose the dosage of detergent by hardnees of water, dirtiness and quantity of clothes, and follow instructions on the package of detergent. www.sharinglaundry.com 2 3. Before Using * The packing material may be harmful to children. Please keep all packing material( plastic bag, formed plastic) away from children. * Washing machine should not be installed in the bathroom or very moist room with explosive gas or corrosive gas. * It is guaranteed that water and powered device will be connected by qualified technician, and they will follow instructions of manufacturer and local safty requirement. * Package and carriage bolts must be dismantled before using the machine, otherwise, it will damage the machine while washing. 4. Safty Instructions * Installation services must be performed by a qualified electrician. * Before cleaning and maintenance, please remove the power cord on power switch. * Make sure all the pockets are empty. * Solid and sharp materials like coin, pin, nail, bolt and pebble may cause damage to the machine. * Solid and sharp materials like coin, pin, nail, bolt and pebble may cause damage to the machine. * Please unplug the machine and cut off water after using. * Please check out if water in the barrel is drained off before open the door of machine. If you still can see water, please do not open the door. * Pets and children may climb into the machine, please check out before each use. * For your own safty, please make sure that power cord is connected with ground lead power switch. It is guaranteed that your power switch is reliable grounding. * Do not let inexperienced or unqualified staff to repair this machine, it may damage the machine or cause more trouble, even cause using dangerous. * Please note that power voltage and frequency should be in accordance with the machine. * Do not use the power switch which rated current is lower than machine’s rated current. Please do not plug or unplug the power cord with wet hand. www.sharinglaundry.com 3 5. Laundry Attention * It is forbidden to use flammable and explosive or toxic solvents, like gasoline or alcohol. Please only use special detergent suited for roller washing machine. * It is forbidden to wash carpet. And please put in some other clothes when washing blanket and other high-mass clothes. It can prevent damaging the machine from intense polarization of machine while dehydration. * It is forbidden to let children play with the machine. Please keep pets away from the machine. * Please do not wash clothes over its rated capacity, otherwise it may damage the clothes. * Burn care, when machine is draining off hot laundry water. It is forbidden to add water during washing process. * Please cut off water source and power supply immediately, when washing is finished. * We recommend that you photocopy and enlarge the safety instructions and place them in a conspicuous place in your laundry room. 6. Notification for machine protection * Please do not lean against the door or sit on top of machine. * Please do not use too much power to close the door. If you find it is hard to close the door, please check out if the clothes are excessive or distributed unevenly. * The door is locked when machine is working. Please do not open the door forcedly. * The machine must work under good safety conditions, proper use and maintenance environmental conditions. * It is recommended that a full and thorough review be carried out annually by an authorized technical service. www.sharinglaundry.com 4 7. Notification during transportation * Please let professional staff to re-install carriage bolts on the machine. * Drain off water in the barrel. * Handel with care, lift the bottom of box. Do not hold on to projecting parts, plastic parts especially switches while lifting. * Do not use the door as the holder for carry. Please close the door during transportation, in order to prevent the sealing from deformation. Otherwise, the door maybe not closed or closed tightly. III. Specification and technical data IV. Installation 1.Open the package of washing machine Open the package of washing machine and check out if machine is damaged during transportation. 2.Dispose of packing material The packing material of this machine maybe harmful to children. Please handle properly, and keep it away from children. Please follow local waste disposal ordinance. Do not dispose the packing material along with other daily life rubbish. 3.Location Before install washing machine, please choose location with these characteristics:solid, dry, horizontal surface; avoid direct sunlight, adequate ventilation; room temperature is over 0℃; keep away from heat source like coal or gas; make sure that machine does not pin on power cord; Please do not install machine in the floor with carpeting. 4.Electrical and water connections * As the maximum current is 10A while using electric heating function, please make sure the power supply system( current, voltage and cable) can meet the normal load of appliances. * Please connect power supply correctly with reliable earthed power socket. * Please make sure service voltage is in accordance with the nameplate’s on machine. * Make sure attaching plug matches socket, and make sure machine is correctly earth grounded. * Please do not use multi-functional plugs or use socket as extension cord. * Please do not plug or unplug power supply with wet hand. * When pull the plug, please hold it tightly then pull out. Do not pull the power cord. * If power cord is damaged or broken, please make sure it is replaced with dedicated power cord from other manufacturer or maintenance department. * This machine must be reliable earth grounded. If electrical appliances shortcut, it can reduce the risk of electric shock. * Please running the washing machine in a separate electric circuit, otherwise the power protector may trip or fuse may burn-out. 5.Fix position of bolts and installation * Please install fixed bolts as required before fixed installation, refer to the diagram as below. Make a cement fixed platform, the thickness of platform should be over 15cm. The distance from platform edge to center of bolts should be over 20cm. And pre-embed M16 foundation bolts as the size of diagram, then fix with machine. If cement thickness of installation foundation is over 18cm and density is good. Use a percussion drilling to drill four holes with diameter of 16 as diagram below. Use four M16 expansion bolts to fix machine. www.sharinglaundry.com 7 * Remove front cover and back cover of machine, (please pull downward and then pull-out while removing front cover). Then aim and fix machine with anchor bolts( It is suggested to use retainer mat or spring shim). Washing and Drying Preparation After the machine is installed, clean it all and adjust it as follows. 1) Check the power supply to make sure everything is connected correctly and confirm that the installation is done according to the installation diagram. 2) Open the water vapor valve of the water supply network (optional). 3) Turn on the main power breaker. 4) Do a complete cycle to check the valves for water, steam, valves drainage, water level, product dosage, motor, etc. 5) The drum must rotate clockwise during extraction. If it rotates in the other direction, the power cable from the motor terminals must be connected backwards. 6) Check that the washing machine is correctly leveled according to the base Specific. After installation is complete, manually perform all equipment functions for test runs. www.sharinglaundry.com 8 Follow all dimensions included in the installation drawing. There must be a properly leveled floor where the equipment is installed. The warranty provided by the factory will be void if the machine is not properly installed and electrically connected to the grounding point. Examination and preparation before washing To avoid machine breaks down or clothes damaged, please read this operation instruction carefully. * Check out if the clothes washing for the first time will fade. Scrub the tail of clothes using white towel with detergent, then check out if white towel has gotten the color of clothes. * Please wash the clothes which is easy to fade separately like scarf and some imported clothes. * For stain on cuff, collar and pocket, first put on some detergent, then brush gently and put into barrel. It can achieve more ideal washing effect. * Please wash clothes which are sensitive to temperature according to its washing label. Otherwise, it may change color and be deformed. Note Please do not put the clothes need to wash in the barrel for a long time, it may get mildewed, then cause spots. Therefore, please wash clothes promptly. The clothes may change color and deformed if you do not wash as required temperature. The clothes can not be washed by washing machine The clothes may be deformed if soaked in water,;like tie, vest, suit and wind coat which will shrink soaked in water. allochromatic clothes like artificial fiber; wrinkle style clothes, coining style clothes and resin component clothes may be deformed soaked in water. Wrinkle style silk, fur and feather, leather decoration are very easy to be deformed; Clothes with accessories, long skirt and other traditional clothes are very easy to fade. Please do not wash clothes without material label and washing requirements. It is forbidden to wash clothes with gasoline, oil, benzene, paint thinner and alcohol. Note about detergent Choose low form detergent or washing powder or dedicated washing powder for roller washing machine, according to the type of fiber( cotton, synthetic fiber, soft and woollens), color, washing temperature and dirtiness. Otherwise, there will be excess form overflow from drawer and cause accident. Bleach is strongly alkaline, it will damage clothes. It is suggested to use less. Detergent ingredients will easily residue in clothes and give off odor when using powdery detergent, so you need to rinsing adequately. The detergent is not easy to completely dissolved when there is too much detergent or water temperature is too low. It will residue in clothes, pipes and barrel then contaminate clothes. According to the weight of clothes, dirtiness, hardness of local water, you can choose detergent follow manufacturer’s www.sharinglaundry.com 9 suggestion. If you are not familiar with hardness of local water, please consult with water supply company. Note: Please put detergent and additives in safe, dry place. And keep away from children. Empty all pockets Please check out the pockets of clothes which are about to wash. Empty accessories, coins and other hard objects. Otherwise, it may damage the machine or cause malfunction. Classify clothes * By washing label symbol type of fabric: Pure cotton, synthetic fabric, silk, woollens and artificial fabric. * By color: Distinguish white from colors, wash new colored clothes separately. * By size: Wash different sizes of clothes together, it will improve washing effects. * By sensitivity: Wash soft goods separately. Wash new jaeger, curtain and silk by gentle cycle. * Check out the labels on clothes. * Straighten out the clothes and then put into barrel. For the curtain with hooks, please take down the hooks then wash. * The accessories on clothes may damage the machine, please reverse the clothes with buttons and embroiders then wash. Arrange fastener Zip up and fasten buttons or hooks; loose belts or silk ribbons should be bound together. Do not wash waterproof material( ski suit, diaper pad, curtain) by washing machine Do not wash waterproof cushion and clothes which water is not easy to saturate. Otherwise, water may squirt out during rinsing and dehydration or machine may vibrate extremely and cause injury. And it may damage the clothes. ( Like diaper pad, raincoat, umbrella, ski suit, car cover and sleeping bag). Reverse the clothes which are easy to rough before washing Wash the clothes which are easy to rough separately. Otherwise, dust and loose thread may rub off on other clothes. Black clothes may be rubbed off on with other colored thread when washing with cotton clothes, it would be better if wash separately.
