Changing/resetting your password
Not signed in to myCloud
If you are not signed in to myCloud and wish to update your password please use the
following steps:
1. Visit the myCloud login screen.
2. Select the Forgotten your password or locked out? option below the sign in
box.

3. When prompted, enter your username and press Verify Identity.

4. Complete the identity verification by either sending an SMS verification code or
by answering security questions.

5. Finally, set your new password, noting the limitations/specifications listed.
6. Press the Reset Password button once complete.
Signed in to myCloud
If you are signed in to myCloud and wish to update your password please use the
following steps:

1. Select your name at the top right of the myCloud homepage and press the
Change Password option.
2. When prompted, enter your old and new passwords noting the
limitations/specifications listed.

3. Once completed, press Change Password.
Unlocking your account
Should you experience issues signing in to myCloud it may be that your account has
become locked. To regain access please use the following steps:
Self-service
1. Visit the myCloud login screen.
2. Select the Forgotten your password or locked out? option below the sign in
box.

Still unable to access your account?
A large majority of issues can be fixed via self-service. However if you experience any
issues with the steps above, or see the User is not found error message, please
contact the Pearson Global Service Desk.

How do I setup, verify or change my
security questions?
In order to setup, verify or change your security questions, you will first need to be
signed into myCloud.
1. At the top of your myCloud homepage, select myID.
2. Expand the Register your security details section.

3. Scroll down to the bottom and complete the security questions as needed.
How do I setup, verify or change my SMS
verification code?
In order to setup, verify or change your SMS verification code, you will first need to be
signed into myCloud.
1. At the top of your myCloud homepage, select myID.
2. Scroll down to the bottom and expand Register your security details.

Adding a new number
1. To add a new number, simply enter a device name and phone number into the
field at the top and press the Add Device button.
2. You will then be prompted to enter a security code sent to the device, please
enter the code and press OK.

Deleting a phone number
1. If you wish to delete a phone number, you can do so by pressing the red X on the
left of the name.
2. Confirm you wish to delete the device by pressing OK.
