ANSWER:
In the video, she tells us that stress is not such a bad thing, if we know how to control it, and
instead of having it as our enemy, we see it in a good way, thanks to stress we can have access to
our heart, this is a good thing. It increases breathing so that the brain receives more oxygen, it
makes us more productive.

In your life, what experiences have caused you high levels of stress?

it stresses me out when I am going to take an exam.
When I am going to go out for a test in a sport that is very important to me.

C. Mention 3 lessons from the video and how would you apply them in your life?
ANSWER:




We should consider stress as an ally and not as something bad for our lives. I would take it
into account in my life and stop stressing about such insignificant things.
Stress makes us more sociable because it gives us a hormone called oxytocin.
I will use it in a good way, and I will interact more with the people around me, getting
something good out of the stress.
Stress hormone strengthens our heart
when I find myself under stress, I can help people or let them help me, to get out of that
situation more easily.
