NUEVAS DISPOSICIONES PARA LA LLEGADA
DE VIAJEROS DESDE EL EXTERIOR

El Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores solicita a todos los viajeros que llegan a Colombia,
tener en cuenta las siguientes recomendaciones con base en las últimas disposiciones
del Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social para la reapertura gradual de la operación
aérea internacional.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs requests that all travelers arriving in Colombia, take into
account the following recommendations based on the latest provisions of the Ministry of
Health and Social Protection for the gradual reopening of the international air operation.

Recuerde acatar las disposiciones y protocolos implementados por las
autoridades aeronáuticas y las aerolíneas en tierra, durante el vuelo y al
arribo a Colombia
Remember to comply with the protocols implemented by aeronautical
authorities and airlines on the ground, during the flight, and upon arrival

Todo viajero procedente del exterior debe tener prueba PCR Negativa para
Covid-19, tomada con una antelación no mayor a 96 horas antes del
embarque. Sin embargo, de conformidad con la Resolución 002 de 2021,
las aerolíneas deberán permitir el embarque de los pasajeros que no
cuenten con esta prueba, cuando manifiesten verbalmente que tuvieron
dificultades para tomársela o para obtener el resultado en el término
exigido previo al vuelo. La manifestación verbal del pasajero se entenderá
hecha bajo la gravedad de juramento.
En estos casos, una vez ingrese al país, el viajero deberá informar al
oficial de Migración Colombia la opción escogida:
1. Realizarse la prueba PCR en Colombia y guardar el aislamiento
preventivo hasta el momento en el que obtenga un resultado negativo
para COVID-19, o
2. Hacer aislamiento preventivo obligatorio por catorce (14) días o durante
el término que señale la autoridad sanitaria.
El pasajero podrá guardar los días de cuarentena en su lugar de residencia
o un lugar de hospedaje.
La Secretaría de Salud del lugar de desembarque y/o destino será la
encargada de verificar que el viajero guarde el aislamiento preventivo.
El valor de la prueba PCR y los costos derivados del aislamiento preventivo
estarán a cargo del viajero.
Las manifestaciones verbales serán guardadas en el sistema de
Migración Colombia.
All travelers coming from abroad must have a Negative PCR test for Covid-19,
taken no more than 96 hours before boarding. However, in accordance with
Resolution 002 of 2021, airlines must allow the boarding of travelers who do not
have this test, when they verbally state that they had difficulties taking it or
obtaining the result in the term required prior to the flight. The verbal
manifestation of the passenger will be understood to be made under oath.
In these cases, once entering the country, the traveler must inform the Migración
Colombia officer either of the chosen option:
1. to take the PCR test in Colombia and keep preventive isolation until the
moment in which a negative result for COVID-19 is obtained, or
2. to keep mandatory preventive isolation for fourteen (14) days or during the
term indicated by the health authority.
The passenger may keep the days of isolation in their place of residence or a
place of accommodation.
The Secretary of Health of the place of landing and / or destination will be in
charge of verifying that the traveler keeps the preventive isolation.
The value of the PCR test and the costs derived from preventive isolation will be
borne by the traveler.
Verbal statements will be stored in the Migración Colombia system.
