Seleccionar el tipo de documento que presenta el cliente, INE, Pasaporte, Cédula Profesional o FM3, y dar clic en Confirmar. 4. Llenar los campos que aparecen en la pantalla, colocar la información del cliente tal como se encuentran en el PASAPORTE, una vez llenados de manera correcta, dar clic en Confirmar. 6. Una vez que los datos se ingresaron en los campos de manera correcta, se iniciará la Captura de las huellas de los dedos índice (Derecho / Izquierdo) cubriendo toda la parte del circuito en el Sensor Biométrico 8. Dar clic en Iniciar Captura, cambiará estado a Cargando índice Derecho, (este habilitará el lector óptico de huellas), solicitar al cliente colocar el dedo índice derecho en el dispositivo biométrico © 2017 AT&T Intellectual Property. Una vez capturada la huella del índice derecho, se habilitará el botón Cargando índice izquierdo, solicitar al cliente colocar el dedo índice izquierdo en el dispositivo biométrico. 10. Autenticación Exitosa. Dar clic en el botón Aceptar (A), y continuar con el flujo de solicitud en AVS. Autenticación Fallida intentar nuevamente. Máximos de intentos (3), aparecerá la opción: Reintentar (B), re-direccionará a la pantalla de confirmación de datos del documento y solicitar nuevamente la carga de las huellas. Volver a la página principal (C), cancela la autenticación y retorna a la página de AVS indicando que la transacción fue cancelada. No es posible completar la validación con el documento presentado, favor solicitar otro medio de identificación. Aparecerá cuando sea el tercer intento fallido: Si, intentar con otro documento, retornará a la pantalla principal de Autenticación Biométrica, y se deberá iniciar el proceso de ingreso de información y captura de huellas. (D). No, Continuar en ofertas prepagadas (Cliente anónimo), aparecerá otro mensaje, al dar clic en Aceptar retornará al AVS para continuar con ofertas prepagadas.
