1. Decide on a subject for your project. The impact area of the project is telemedicine because it is an app that allows diagnosing fibromyalgia, it can also be used for the treatment of patients diagnosed with this disease. 2. Select the techniques that you will use to generate ideas. To create ideas about the project, the method is a bibliographic review, that knows about previous work and studies in the area of mobile applications, for the diagnosis and treatment of fibromyalgia in order to identify which academic gaps exist about the disease and its treatments. Students and health personnel will also be analyzed and interviewed to figure out the level of knowledge about the disease. For the design of the application, we can choose the best programming language based on easy access like python or C++; for the graphical interface, a graphic designer will be hired, we want that the application can be easy to use and to have many images and videos so it can be friendly with the user/patient. 3. Decide how you will test those ideas. To test the ideas, the analysis carried out previously, will be taken into account and usability tests of the application will be made on health personnel and patients according to the rules, the aim is that the app will be a medium that fills the gap observed on similar telemedicine tools. Of course, we will be having some mistakes, that’s why we health workers, they will tell us how the app is failing and how we could improve it. 4. Write a short description of the aims of your project: - To develop a mobile application that allows the diagnosis and treatment of fibromyalgia. - To identify fibromyalgia topics less known by students, health professionals and people diagnosed with the disease. - To test the performance of the application considering the user experience. - To correct mistakes in the process of development. 5. Write a description of the areas of responsibility of the project leader. The leader of this project will be responsible for reviewing and monitoring each process, will begin by observing with the initial part which is to monitor interviews with health personnel and the search for previous studies where there is an academic gap in research for the diagnosis and treatment of fibromyalgia, after this, the leader will be in charge of monitoring the recruitment process of the staff that will develop the application, they must be professional people in programming, in the application we will introduce all the information collected and large amounts of data applying a method called Big Data. The main responsibility of the leader will be to verify the functionality of the application and provide the necessary tools for its development, within these tools, will be the hiring of a graphic designer, so that the mobile application interface is user friendly. The final part of the project and the most fundamental part will be to make the necessary tests with the health workers to verify its functionality and in that sense correct errors to make future updates improving the diagnosis of this non-known disease.
