本企业通过 ISO9001 质量体系认证 Cooling machine Operation manual 五、installation and commissioning 1、installation： （1）必须将设备稳固在混凝土基础上; The equipment must be stabilized on concrete. （3）安装之前要仔细地清理机体内杂物。 Careful clean up the clutter before installation （4）地脚螺母旋紧后，在空隙处填注水泥沙浆，待沙浆水泥达到凝固期后， 1 即可准备试车。 After the anchor nut is tight, fill in the cement mortar at the gap. After the mortar cement reaches the solidification stage, the commissioning can be ready. 2、试车前的检查 Checking before commissioning ⑴、检查电源电压； Checking the power supply and voltage. ⑵、检查电机接线； Check motor connection. ⑶、检查电机转向；（检查前卸下三角皮带） Check motor direction( remove the triangle belt before checking) ⑷、开启电源，使设备空运转检查设备有无异常。 Turn on the power to check whether the equipment is abnormal. 经以上检查，确认一切正常，即可开始投料试运行。 After the above checking, confirm that all is normal, can start the commissioning test run. 六、操作流程 Operation flow ⑴、转动:接通设备电源，使设备正常运行。 Turning: connect the power to make the equipment run normally. ⑵、投料：用输送机将原料通过投料口装入罐内。 2 Feeding: feed the material into cooling machine via screw conveyor. ⑶、冷却：根据产品要求，控制冷却时间。 Cooling: According to the requirement of products to control the cooling time. 注意：设备开始投料时物料要慢慢加入。 Remark: When start feeding, please feed the material slowly. 七、故障分析与排除 Fault analysis and elimination method 常见故障 故障原因 排除方法 Common fault Fault cause Elimination method 机体内部异响 Abnormal noise 1. 检查是否有异物 1. 清除机体内异物 of Check if there is Clean foreign matter body inner foreign matter 电机过热 1. 电源电压不足 Motor overheating Insufficient supply Adjust the voltage 1. 调整电压 voltage 2. 按标准量投料 2. 投料超量 Feeding The material according overweight. 八、设备的维护与保养 Equipment maintenance 1、定期清除配电箱及设备灰尘 3 quantity. the material to standard Clean the distribution cabinet and equipment regularly. 2、每周补充轴承润滑油 Add bearing lubricating oil each week. 3、齿圈每周加油一次 The tooth ring is refueled once a week. 九、结构图 Instruction drawing. 4
