MODULATION
ANALOG AMPLITUDE MODULATION
Modulation is the process of
placing the information
contained in a signal, usually low
frequency, on a high frequency
signal, the same that will pass
certain modifications in one of its
parameters, being said
modification proportional to the
amplitude of the low frequency
signal called modulator,
becoming the modulated signal.

Modulation
Amplitude modulation is the
process of changing the
amplitude of a relatively high
frequency carrier signal, in
proportion to the
instantaneous value of the
modulating or modulating
signal.

SAMPLING THEOREM
DEFINITION
If a signal has its Fourier transform equal to 0 so that it
is in a finite band of frequencies, which makes the
samples that are taken close enough to each other
relative to the highest frequency present in the signal,
so that they will represent uniquely to the signal and
we can reconstruct it perfectly , this whole process is
called sampling theorem.
THEOREM
Be x(t) a limited band signal with X(jw)=0 for |w|>Wm. Then
x (t) is determined univocaly by its samples:
if
Given these samples, we can reconstruct x(t) by generating a
periodic pulse train, as well as amplitudes that correspond to
successive sample values.
APPLICATIONS
DIGITAL OSCILLOSCOPES
Instruments that allow to visualize and
measure an electrical signal, digitizing the
analog input signal
DIGITAL AUDIO
The digital audio sampling theorem is used
because the signals that are received are
digital signals, the same signals that are
binary encoded.

APPLICATIONS:
The field of application is very wide so much
that today most of our devices are formed
with such a converter, and as a specific
application is usually used for audio
conversion systems.

INTEGRATED CIRCUITS
TO CONVERT DIGITAL
SIGNALS INTO ANALOG
DIGITAL-ANALOG CONVERTER
DAC is the process of transforming a digital signal that is going to be the
input signal, into an analog signal that will be the output signal of this
circuit.
Being very important because, in digital systems, the response that we will
always have will be given in binary form and for it to have a performance
in the external environment, you have to take these responses to an
analog signal mode.
DIGITAL-ANALOG
CONVERTER CAN BE IN:
SERIES OR PARALLEL
APLICATION
At the time this type of DAC is integrated into a processing
card, we will have the application of them mainly in the audio
conversion to be carried to hearing aids or speakers, and we
find them in the following presentation:
