a) Configure the Gateway (Cisco RV042/RV042G/RV082) with a Local Static Public IP Address
for the Shrewsoft VPN client
Local Static Public IP Address of the host on which Shrewsoft VPN client is running: 62.176.126.28 / 29
Static IP Address of the Local Subnet: 192.168.2.1 / 24
a1) Configure the Gateway (Cisco RV042/RV042G/RV082)
a2) Configure the VPN Client (Shrewsoft VPN client)
{select ' Use a virtual adapter and assigned address ' as ' Adapter Mode ' only if the Local and Remote Subnets
are using the same Local Static IP Addresses}
or
a3) Establish the VPN Client to Gateway tunnel
b) Configure the Gateway (Cisco RV042/RV042G/RV082) with a Local Dynamic Public IP
Address for the Shrewsoft VPN client
Local Dynamic Public IP Address of the host on which Shrewsoft VPN client is running: 92.247.177.210 / 29
