Pasos para iniciar sesión en Builder Assistant
Sera necesario que tenga a la mano la siguiente información
Numero de voluntario de Builder Assistant
Nombre de usuario y contraseña de su cuenta en jw.org. Si no dispone de una, cree
una cuenta nueva en https://apps.jw.org/
Inicie la sesión en jw.org para comprobar que el nombre de su congregación aparece
junto a su nombre. Si no es así, facilite al secretario de la congregación el código
alfanumérico que se encuentra al pie de página, junto al enlace Política de privacidad;
y pídale que añada su cuenta jw.org al dominio de la congregación. Usted no podrá
continuar con el proceso hasta que se asocie su cuenta de jw.org a la congregación.
Si ya ha cumplido los pasos anteriores puede ir adelante con los siguientes para iniciar
sesión por primera vez.
1. Abra el sitio https://ba.jw.org/
2. En la página inicial escribirá su usuario con el que accede a jw.org seguido de
@jwpub.org - después de escribirlo, dé clic en el botón “Continuar”
3. Automáticamente se abrirá una nueva ventana azul con el nombre Testigos de
Jehová en muchos idiomas
4. En esta página introducirá la contraseña con la que ingresa al sitio jw.org
5. En la siguiente ventana se le pedirá ingresar su número de voluntario del sitio
Builder Assistant que le enviamos en un correo
6. En la siguiente ventana se indica que se le enviará un PIN o contraseña directamente
al correo electrónico personal, De clic en el botón “Enviar PIN temporal” y espere a
que le llegue a su correo electrónico personal.
7. Ahora introduzca en la siguiente pantalla el PIN que ha recibido en su correo
electrónico personal y de clic en el botón “Confirmar PIN”
8. Le recomendamos ver el video de ayuda que está disponible en el mismo sitio el
cual muestra paso a paso como iniciar sesión. https://ba.jw.org/#/welcome
Si tuviera dificultades para iniciar sesión, utilice la opción de “Solicitud de ayuda” que
aparece dentro de la página de Builder Assistant y responda este correo enviándonos su
nombre de usuario de jw.org para que manualmente hagamos la vinculación de su cuenta
de jw.org con la de Builder Assistant.
How to log in on Builder Assistant site

If you have difficulties logging in, use the "Request for help" option that appears inside
the Builder Assistant page and reply to this email by sending us your username from jw.org
so that we can manually link your jw.org account with the your Builder Assistant profile.
