Consultas de las revistas suscritas por BGeo en el bienio 2012-2013 y enerofebrero de 2014
Consultas en el bienio 2012-2013:
En el bienio 2012-2013 los títulos más consultados son cuatro, cuyas descargas superan las 3.000
en 2012:
Sedimentary geology
Earth and planetary science letters
Tectonophysics
Journal of human evolution
De los cuatro títulos más consultados en este período, Earth and planetary science letters es el
que tiene más accesos en 2012, con un total de 3.950, frente a Journal of human evolution con
3.056.
En 2013, en cambio, estas cuatro publicaciones no alcanzaron las 3.000 descargas, como
tampoco ninguna de la colección, siendo Sedimentary geology la más consultada, con 2.214,
pero superada por Palaeogeography, Palaeoclimatology, Palaeoecology and Global and
Planetary Change con 2.752 accesos, que ocupa ese año el primer puesto en el ranking. Ambas
son las dos que superan las 2.000 consultas en el bienio. Cinco tienen entre 1.067 y 1.893 en
2013 y seis entre 1.492 y 1.034 descargas en 2.012. Por debajo del millar de accesos destacan
cinco títulos con más de 900 y uno con 894 en 2012.

Hasta febrero de 2014, las revistas más consultadas han sido:
Earth and Planetary Science Letters: 552 descargas
Palaeogeography…: 516 descargas
Quaternary International: 445 descargas
Sedimentary Geology: 499 descargas
Tectonophysics: 469 descargas
Tres de los títulos con mayor número de descargas en el bienio anterior continúan la misma
tendencia en 2014: Earth and Planetary Science Letters, Palaeogeography… y Sedimentary
Geology. En cambio, Journal of Human Evolution, con 238 descargas en los dos primeros meses
de 2014, está muy atrás, aunque es probable que haya revertido esta tendencia a lo largo del
año. Quaternary International y Tectonophysics, que en los años anteriores no tuvieron un
número destacado de consultas, en cambio sí parecen marcar una tendencia al alza para 2014.
De los 22 títulos suscritos en Science Direct, el % de descargas por investigador en nuestro área
es de 10,7 %
El número descargas por centro en Geológicas es: 24.277,30
El % de descargas totales por centro respecto del área científica: 5,8 %
