CORRECTION OF REFERENCES IN ANNEX II OF THE AIDCP
As noted in memorandum 0027-420 of 7 January 2005, addressed to the AIDCP Participating
Governments, it had come to the attention of the Secretariat that the references to paragraphs within
Annex II (12) were not amended when Annex II (10) was added, resulting in incorrect references.
Specifically, the references are:

In that memo, the Secretariat proposed that, since these are evidently technical errors, they be corrected in
the current text of the AIDCP on the IATTC website, and that these corrections be approved formally by
the 13th Meeting of the Parties and this decision be reflected in the minutes of the meeting. Since no
Party expressed an objection to this proposal, the text was corrected; it thus remains only to approve the
action formally.

CORRECCIÓN DE REFERENCIAS EN EL ANEXO II DEL APICD
Tal como consta en la nota 0027-420 del 7 de enero de 2005, dirigida a los gobiernos participantes del
APICD, la Secretaría se enteró que las referencias a los párrafos en el Anexo II.12 no fueron cambiadas
cuando el párrafo 10 de dicho anexo fue añadido, resultando en referencias incorrectas. Concretamente,
las referencias son:

En la nota citada, la Secretaría propuso que estos errores, ya que eran evidentemente técnicos, fuesen
corregidos en el texto actual del APICD en el sitio web de la CIAT, que las correcciones fuesen
aprobadas formalmente por la 13ª Reunión de las Partes, y que esta decisión quedase reflejada en el acta
de la reunión. Ya que ninguna Parte expresó objeción a este procedimiento, el texto fue corregido; queda
por lo tanto solamente la aprobación formal de la acción.
