Celebration of St. Placido and St. Froilan, the Jubilee well take-place in Rosary church. The Baron de La Barre has
250 prisoners in the area of the Ebro and General Villacampa has beaten the enemy in Morella seizing 500
enemies, plus 6 000 head of cattle and 4 pounds of silver. In order to defend the peace and safety of citizens, a
regulation has been published that every citizen of this city, or living in it for over 12 years, must carry a letter of
security that will facilitate the governments practice. On the third day of October in the courts, the debate of the day
was related to the affairs taken place in the Americas, nothing was decided, noting that one of the vocal
recommended the suspension of any proceedings relating to amnesty, to receive detailed account of the
occurrences and insurrection, and that in terms of freedom, Americans have always been considered free and not
slaves. Letters from London express the happiness that would be produced if Turkey and Russia would reach
lasting peace, and that it would transfer part of their possessions on the left bank of the Danube. Insurmountable
obstacles have delayed the publication of the outstanding magazine 'The Observer' and they will be published as
quickly as possible.
