Que es un Centro de Salud Comunitaria?
Cada centro de salud comunitaria (CHC) es una organización sin fin de lucro que proporciona servicios de salud a todos los miembros de la
comunidad sin tomar en cuenta su habilidad de pagar ya sean residentes legales o no.
Pacientes sin seguro medico serán facturados a través de una tabla de descuentos basada en el ingreso familiar. Mientras menos sus ingresos,
menos pagan. Hay que mostrar prueba de su ingreso. Los CHCs también aceptan seguro privado, Medicaid, Medicare y seguro por accidentes de
trabajo.
Todos los CHCs, Con Sus Colaboradores, Ofrecen:
• Servicios Básicos de Salud
• Exámenes para prevenir enfermedades
• Servicios de Emergencia
• Radiografías y Laboratorio
