Normas
complementarias
Nos dirigimos a Uds. para informarles que la posibilidad
de comprar y vender metales preciosos distintos del oro comprende
exclusivamente a aquellos que, además de poseer valor de mercado
en los términos de la Comunicación "A" 2192, sean amonedados o
conformen barras
de "buena entrega". En consecuencia, solo
resultan materia de la autorización conferida -además del oro- la
plata, el platino y el paladio, en dichas condiciones.
En el caso de barras de "buena entrega", deberán contar
con el sello de alguna de las firmas refinadoras, fundidoras y
ensayadoras cuya nómina se incluye en anexos, que actualiza la
prevista en el Anexo II de la Circular CAMEX - 1 (texto según las
Comunicaciones "A" 13 y "A" 117), de acuerdo con la información
suministrada por la London Bullion Market Association (última
lista editada en abril de 1993). Tal calificación corresponde
otorgar también a la producción emergente de las empresas que
figuran como "ex-ensayadoras y fundidoras" (en algunos casos solo
para determinadas marcas), atento que los miembros del mercado
continúan aceptando los lingotes que fundieron y/o ensayaron en el
pasado.
Asimismo, les señalamos que las casas y agencias de
cambio también están habilitadas para realizar esas transacciones.
Les recordamos que las mencionadas operaciones están
sujetas al
régimen informativo
cambiario conforme
a
las
disposiciones difundidas mediante la Comunicación "A" 2226.
Finalmente, se agrega que la información diaria sobre los
precios de referencia para esos metales ("fixing"), se visualiza a
través del sistema Reuters en las siguientes páginas:
