ACUERDO SALARIAL 2015: las sumas designadas como NO REMUNERATIVAS
NO llevan aportes ni contribuciones.
Los Adicionales que los Empleadores deben abonar o suministrar a TODOS sus trabajadores, tendrán que
figurar en el recibo de sueldo como rubro separado del Sueldo Básico y formarán parte de la base para el cálculo
de Horas Extras, Aguinaldo, Vacaciones Etc.:
* ART. 11.3 Varía el % por año según antigüedad
* ART. 11.4 10% por alimentación
* ART. 11.5 10% por asistencia perfecta
* ART. 11.6 12% por complemento de servicio
* 6% Plus (trabajadores de C.A.B.A.) Res. Nº 1039/93 M.T.S.S.
CONTRIBUCION ESPECIAL SOLIDARIA: Los empleadores retendrán de todos los trabajadores no sindicalizados incluídos en este
Convenio, en concepto de Contribución Especial Solidaria, el 2% mensual del total de las remuneraciones sujetas a aportes y
contribuciones legales. Se deja aclarado que en el caso de trabajadores afiliados a la U.T.H.G.R.A., el monto de la cuota sindical
absorbe al monto de la Contribución Especial Solidaria establecida en el presente acuerdo. La presente cláusula prorroga la anterior
similar suscripta en el Acuerdo Salarial anterior.
