El presente estudio tiene como objetivo reflexionar sobre la
Posgraduación (PG), su importancia y sus efectos en el mundo social y
en el cultural. Para ello, se analizan y se sintetizan sus orígenes y
sus definiciones. Además, se presentan las relaciones entre la PG, el
desarrollo científico y los problemas nacionales; la PG en los países
subdesarrollados; los tipos y condiciones de PG,
profundizándose en
los tópicos Tiempo Dedicado al Programa, Espectro del Campo de Estudio,
Estructura Curricular, Condiciones del Programa, Objetivos y Perfiles
de un Programa de PG y Condiciones para el Programa de PG.
