SERIE 1100
Características principales:
Se compone de:
Anillo cónico interior A
Anillo cónico exterior B
Anillo espaciador C
Los tornillos de apriete producen una penetración recíproca en los anillos A y B que comprimen y expanden
respectivamente.
Esto crea una compresión P-P1 en la superficie de contacto.
El valor de la presión P-P1 es proporcional a la fuerza Fv de los tornillos de apriete, mientras el anillo
espaciador C mejora la concentricidad.
Ventajas y aplicaciones:
Los anillos Ringblock de la serie 1100, se usan para infinidad de aplicaciones que requieran conexiones de
pequeña dimensión (poleas, piñones, juntas, etc.)
Gracias a su amplio conjunto de bloqueo, permite aplicaciones de auto-centrado y transmisión de torsión
media-alta
En la serie 1100.1 (instalado sin el anillo espaciador C) la fuerza de apriete se usa por completo mediante el
ensamblaje, que permite una torsión mayor
Instalando el sistema de la serie 1100 junto con el anillo espaciador C, se evita la descarga axial producida
durante el bloqueo.
