What to Include When Sending Your Product in for Service:
Please include a copy of your packing list along with your products being sent in for service. If your
product is under warranty please submit photocopies of your purchase receipt and Nikon warranty.
We recommend shipping products insured through a carrier like UPS. Pack in a sturdy box with
several inches of a quality packing material on all sides so there is no movement during the
shipment. Please only send equipment you wish to have repaired. Keep a record of the tracking
number, the product model and the serial number should you need to refer to them. If your product
cannot be repaired under warranty, we will send a service estimate for your approval.
