conocen como Petrochelly. Lleva

años
ejerciendo
la
investigación privada. Dice de sí
mismo que es el “papá de lo
pollitos”. “Es el primer y más
viejo
investigador
privado
de
Colombia”, dice Manuel, el único
investigador
que
actualmente
trabaja con él.
– Este negocio ya no es lo
mismo
que
antes,
dice
Petrochelly. – Hace unos años, en plena bonanza, años ochentas y parte de los noventas, se
atendían unos 20 casos a la semana, el trabajo sobraba. Hoy en día se atienden uno o dos casos
por semana. Aclara que el trabajo no falta.
Hoy en día Néstor trabaja únicamente con Manuel, otro agente del DAS, igual de veterano, con el
que se dicen bromas pesadas todo el tiempo. – Llegué a tener una planta de 50 investigadores@
eran buenos tiempos -, dice Néstor.
– Mire -dice en forma de crítica- ¿sabe quiénes se han tirado este negocio?.. Los dizque nuevos
detectives que se ven por ahí en internet. Ellos son pelaos que han hecho un cursito de
criminalística y salen creyéndose el p@ Ellos económicamente se regalan. Legalmente acreditados
somos, y siempre hemos sido, como cinco agencias.
Petrochelly es un exagente investigador del extinto DAS, donde permaneció 14 años; pidió la baja
por un inconveniente que tuvo con un superior. Néstor es un hombre bonachón de 65 años que
conserva un gran sentido del humor.
Estamos en su oficina, ubicada en el barrio Villa Sonia, al sur de Bogotá, un lugar atiborrado de
objetos antiguos que convierten el lugar en un pequeño santuario al trabajo que ha realizado en
estos 34 años.

Aunque por un gran ventanal entra la luz solar, el espacio se torna oscuro, enigmático,
debido a la ausencia de colores y a la cantidad de objetos.
Un viejo teléfono amarillo y un pequeño aviso, también amarillo, donde se lee “toda consulta
causa honorarios”, resaltan en el frío entorno.
Volviendo al tema del pasado, Petrochelly dice que el avance de la tecnología ha sido vital para
su labor. -Antes – dice entre risas – teníamos que acercarnos demasiado a las personas que
seguíamos para tomar la prueba fotográfica. Hoy se hace con cámaras digitales y lentes de gran
cobertura que le permiten hacer el seguimiento a buena distancia.

de

viejas
video
y
fotográficas que lo han
acompañado
en
sus
investigaciones,
las
cuales
han
hechos
captado
g r ac i o s o s,
enigmáticos
y
peligrosos.
¿Lo han pillado?, le preguntó, pero responde que nunca “se ha caído”, o sea que no lo han
descubierto y remata diciendo que él no se “cae” porque sabe hacer su trabajo.
El único capaz de descubrirlo fue un esposo infiel que resultó ser jefe de un frente guerrillero.
La esposa del guerrillero contrató al detective porque sospechaba que le era infiel.
Al momento de ordenar el seguimiento la mujer se limitó a decir que su marido era un
comerciante. Petrochelly descubrió las andanzas del marido. Le dio las pruebas a la esposa, ella
hizo el reclamo al hombre, pero este la golpeó y la obligó a delatar la manera como lo había
descubierto.

– Ese hombre, después de pegarle a su mujer y sacarle la verdad, fue directo hasta mi oficina
para matarme, pero menos mal la mujer, tan pronto su esposo salió de la casa, me llamó y me
advirtió sobre las intensiones de su ofendido marido y sobre todo me contó realmente quién era
él.
Petrochelly llamó a la policía y contó lo que pasaba. El guerrillero llegó a la oficina del
investigador y fue capturado por porte de armas. Después de confirmar sus nexos con la guerrilla
también fue detenido por rebelión y otros delitos.

Ante ese caso le pregunto si debido a su trabajo ha estado, en otras oportunidades, en
situación de peligro, reclina su silla, entrelaza sus manos y empieza a narrar otra de sus
historias, tal vez la más triste que ha vivido.
-Tan solo 15 días después de haber montado la agencia nos contrataron para investigar el
secuestro de dos hermanos, hijos de una familia adinerada. Gracias a los contactos y a una buena
investigación llegamos hasta el lugar donde los tenían, cuando íbamos por ellos nos atacaron por
detrás a bala. Mataron a dos de mis hombres y a mí me hirieron. Logramos rescatar a los dos
secuestrados pero con un alto valor.
Otra muerte que rodeó a Petrochelly, y que por poco lo hace cambiar de rumbo, pero que al
mismo tiempo le dio fortalezas para seguir, fue el asesinato de su socio, el único que ha tenido.
El investigador narró que después de salir del DAS y sin saber mucho qué iba a hacer, un amigo,
que nada tenía que ver con el negocio de la investigación ni con la milicia fue quien le propuso
montar una agencia. Él lo pensó y así lo hicieron. Charlie, quien era un ciclista profesional, fue
asesinado por unos esmeralderos años después, así lo contó Petrochelly. Desde aquel evento el
investigador trabaja solo, con empleados pero sin socios.
La agencia nació en 1984 con el nombre de Picardías. Uno de sus clientes, un abogado de
Miami, Estados Unidos, le dijo, sin equivocarse, que ese nombre no generaba credibilidad y que
parecía una empresa de piñatas. Fue el mismo cliente quien le puso el nombre de Petrochelly a la
agencia, haciendo alusión a un abogado investigador de una serie norteamericana emitida en
1974 que se llamaba ‘Tony Petrocelli’, interpretado por el legendario actor Barry Newman.
La
agencia
de
Néstor
ofrece varios servicios entre
ellos
seguimientos,
antisecuestro,
homicidios
e
extorsión,
infiltraciones,
pero sin lugar a dudas “el
pan de cada día”, como él lo
llama, es el trabajo a partir
de infidelidades. Sus clientes
lo encuentran fácilmente en
su
página
web:
www.petrochelly.com, en la
que
expone
todos
sus
servicios.
De diez llamadas para pedir servicios, siete son para seguir a la esposa, al esposo o a los
amantes.
Petrochelly es un experto en la materia. Dice que en una semana de trabajo, la cual vale un millón
cuatrocientos mil pesos, se puede determinar si la pareja es infiel o no.
También dice que, haciendo un promedio, cuando hay dudas y mandan a seguir a una persona en
un 70% resultan ciertas las sospechas, “lo demás son celos enfermizos”, dice acompañando la
frase con una risa.

En estos tiempos, cuenta, son los hombres quienes más piden su servicio de atrapa
infieles. “Unos años atrás era la mujer quien quería pillar a su marido pero los papeles han
cambiado. Hoy en día las mujeres son más infieles que nosotros los hombres, y no es por
salvar al género”, dice mientras le lanza una mueca a Lina, la fotógrafa de KienyKe.com, única
mujer que está en la oficina. Aparte de Petrochelly, Lina y yo también nos acompaña Manuel, el
investigador que trabaja desde hace varios años para él y que se ha convertido en uno de sus
buenos amigos.
Aunque tratamos de sacarle un nombre específico y su respuesta siempre fue negativa, nos
confesó que varios famosos de la televisión, un par de cantantes y uno que otra importante
personalidad de la vida pública ha contratado sus servicios, todos con el fin de saber si su pareja le
estaba poniendo los cachos. También ha seguido a famosos. En la mayoría de esos casos las
infidelidades fueron confirmadas.
Petrochelly tiene cinco hijos, dos varones y tres mujeres. Los dos hombres, que ya están
grandes, en algún tiempo trabajaron con él y su papá les enseñó el oficio a la perfección. Pero poco
a poco, al ver que no era un trabajo constante, se fueron aburriendo y buscaron su destino. Aunque
se alejaron de la investigación privada trabajan, sin el gusto total de su padre, como escoltas de un
par de importantes empresarios del país.

Historias de no creer
Hace un par de años, una mujer, inquieta por algunas actitudes extrañas de su sobrina, con quien
vivía en el norte de Bogotá, contrató sus servicios. La mujer quería saber si su sobrina, quien
estudiaba en el Colombo Americano,
tenía novio o qué se la pasaba
haciendo.
Después de un par de seguimientos
se pudo establecer que la niña
efectivamente tenía pareja, pero lo que
descubrió dejó perpleja a la mujer que lo
contrató y de paso a él.
La niña, que no tenía más de 20 años,
tenía una relación amorosa con otra de
sus tías, hermana de quien pagó el
seguimiento. Ante las pruebas, las dos
mujeres, tía y sobrina, admitieron su relación y se fueron para Estados Unidos a seguir su romance.
Otro caso extraño para el investigador, dentro de los muchos que ha resuelto, fue el de una
mujer, que con la excusa de saber en qué pasos andaba su hijastro de 22 años, lo mandó a seguir.
-Cuando le entregué las pruebas a la señora, en las que se veía que el hijo de su esposo, con el
que convivía desde que el niño tenía unos seis años, sí tenía novia y además salía con otras
chicas, ella se puso muy brava y triste a la vez- recuerda el investigador. – Ese mismo día, al calor
de un trago, la mujer en medio de la melancolía, me contó que desde que el niño tenía 10 años se
bañaban juntos y que lo que empezó como un inocente baño de madre e hijo, años después se
convirtió en un apasionante duchazo de amantes – El joven le había sido infiel a la esposa de su

– También he seguido a más de 50 curas y casi todos los que he seguido son maricas. Solo unos
diez me han salido célibes pero el resto, con pruebas fotográficas y de video, tienen relaciones con
jóvenes y unos pocos las mantienen con mujeres.
Petrochelly ha rescatado secuestrados, ha recuperado vehículos robados, ha atrapado empelados que
roban continuamente a grandes empresas, entre ellas, una de las líderes en el mercado de papas fritas y
todo eso lo hace, según él, teniendo una gran red informativa.
– Es igual que ustedes los periodistas – dice – si uno no tiene fuentes no vale nada y eso es lo que no
tienen los nuevos niñitos que se las dan de investigadores. Los que conocemos este oficio sabemos cuál es
el siguiente paso y con la ayuda de quién se da. En este mundo hay que tener amigos en el bajo, el medio y
el alto mundo.
También ha tenido que disfrazarse para sacar adelante sus casos. El que más le gusta personificar es el de
habitante de calle, ya que es el que más pasa desapercibido. También se ha vestido como vendedor
ambulante y payaso anunciador de almuerzos, cuenta en medio de una carcajada.
Una llamada interrumpe la entrevista. Petrochelly posa una vez más para la cámara de Lina. Se despide,
debe arrancar para Engativá donde una mujer lo espera con información para que desde esta semana
empiece a seguir a su marido, de quien sospecha le es infiel.

Сбор информации на начальном этапе очень важен, поскольку предостерегает
и является, своего рода, гарантией, от всевозможных "кидков" и нечестности по
отношению к Вам со стороны бизнес партнера.
Очень часто ко мне обращаются клиенты, когда "кидок" со стороны так называемого
партнера уже произошел, иными словами, как постфактум.
Разумеется, Рижское Детективное Агентство и именно я, помогаем решить все
нестандартные вопросы, выявить нечестность, "кидок" со стороны недобросовестного
партнера, восстановить истину и взыскать в пользу нашего клиента все то, что ему
причитается!
Каждый раз я не перестаю повторять, что НЕОБХОДИМО иметь представление о том, с
кем вы работаете!
НЕОБХОДИМЫ периодические проверки, сбор информации,
обновление для Вашего же собственного спокойствия.
Есть такое правильное выражение: "Доверяй, но проверяй!"
Ситуация выходит из-под контроля только тогда, когда Вы все пускаете на самотек и
перестаете контролировать!
Контролировать можно только периодически осуществляя сбор информации обо всем,
что связано с Вашим бизнесом! Это в первую очередь люди, то есть партнеры, сотрудники,
затем сделки, с кем планируете работать и осуществлять сделки! В бизнесе ВАЖНО все!!!
Изначально, создавая свое дело, как ранее мною уже проверено, соучредители
(деловые партнеры) работают на и за идею, затем наступает следующий этап, и когда
речь идет уже о прибыли, к сожалению, не каждый совладелец фирмы способен сохранить
порядочность... очень жаль, но человеческий фактор играет свою непосредственную роль!
Я уверена, что каждый, добившийся успеха бизнесмен, может поведать историю о том,
как он растерял друзей, окружение, которое удерживалось годами, о том, как каждый
проявил себя в определенный момент и почему он в конечном итоге пришел к тому, что
информация, наличие информации - это очень важный инструмент в серьезном
предприятии! И необходимость представляется в том, чтобы не потерять, а удержать свой
бизнес!
Для каждого бизнесмена бизнес (извините за тавтологию) - это как маленький ребенок, в
который он вкладывает столько сил, что прочувствовать и оценить может только он сам!
Самое, наверное, неправильное, из того, что я слышала от моих клиентов, - это когда от
так называемого "делового партнера" поступает предложение: "Ты отдыхай, я сам со всем
справлюсь. Буду тебя держать в курсе". Звучит довольно заманчиво, сразу хочется
поверить и расслабиться :) уехать отдыхать на курорт :) Но расслабляться нельзя!!! Бизнес
- это и правда, как ребенок... чуть вышел из-под контроля и "попал в дурную компанию".
Я лично призываю, чтобы был более ответственный подход к делам. Цель любого
бизнеса для предпринимателей- дело! Не отдых! Это труд, дело, которое необходимо
держать под контролем!

Я сейчас не привожу в пример
крайние жизненные ситуации, в
данном случае речь идет
исключительно об обыденной
жизни каждого, в которой
исключительно индивидуально
мы себе отводим роль

антидепрессанта!
Мне в своей работе приходится
сталкиваться с нестандартными
ситуациями, разными людьми. И
когда я начинаю работать с клиентами, мне всегда важен настрой!
Если изначально следует меланхоличная фраза: "Ай ну что там мы изменим?!" Я всегда
отвечаю: "Давайте для начала изменим Ваше отношение к ситуации."
Также неправильно одно и то же событие одинаково шаблонно трактовать, если оно
периодически повторяется и просто "путается под ногами", так поменяйте к нему свое
отношение, не ставьте штампы, типа: "Да будет как обычно... ничего не меняется..." Давайте
изменим свое отношение, посмотрим на ситуацию по-новому и Вы просто поразитесь, все
пойдет по-другому!
А знаете почему?
Да потому что Вы перебороли себя, изменили отношение к событию, посмотрели на него
по-другому и все соответственно пошло так, как того захотели именно Вы.
Мы не входим в одну и ту же реку дважды! Даже химики говорят, состав воды меняется
постоянно!
Так и жизнь, течет, бурлит, видоизменяется с неожиданной скоростью, и все идет вперед
так, как мы сами того желаем, видим и притягиваем!
Почему мы так часто сдаемся?
Почему падаем на колени и с таким диким трудом поднимаемся?
Не пора ли задуматься?
Причиной тому исключительно наши мысли, наше мышление, привитое нам с детства.
Так не пора ли начать работать над собой и что-то менять, не пора ли начать двигаться,
шевелиться и видоизменить меланхолию на жизнерадостность?
Я уверена, пора!!!

QUEM SOU EU...
Nasci na cidade de São Paulo, mas tenho como berço a acolhedora cidade de Campinas,
após terminar os meus estudos, trabalhei no comercio, mas sempre acreditei que faltava algo diferenciado
em minha vida, resolvi então realizar um curso de fotografia profissional,que sempre estive em busca do
diferencial em meus materiais colhidos no dia a dia. Mesmo assim percebi que ainda faltava uma peça
essencial em minha vida profissional, e resolvi ir em busca desta "peça". Procurei um profissional de anos de
experiência no mercado da investigação particular, como o intuito de preencher este espaço profissional.
Aonde vim a descobrir o que realmente estaria faltando, e após realizar um curso de DETETIVE
PARTICULAR, pronto, a peça se encaixou.
Um sonho que há tempos porém ia minha cabeça começou a transformar em realidade.
Finalmente o projeto se tornou realidade com nova profissão no ramo que sempre achei fascinante, mas
somente através de filmes, livros, novelas é que eu tinha o conhecimento, de repente estava de frente com
meu sonho que estaria se tornando REALIDADE. Venho a cada serviço, saber como se proceder e como se
portar quando diante de um cenário de dúvidas e que necessito de uma apuração para se tirar dúvidas do
que vivencio ou mesmo para provar o que uma pessoa diz e que, por vezes, não dão credibilidade a si
própria. Fato que tenho vivenciado a cada dia ou mesmo tido informação sobre eles e, por entender serem
casos que despertaram atenção, sempre tratando com respeito e ética junto aos meus clientes. É importante
deixar claro que aprendo a cada dia e que os trabalhos não existem uma regra básica e unica, e sim cada
uma nova historia tem que ser tratada com carinho e atenção especial.
Percebo que base casos reais, vejo que as historias de novelas e filmes, são bem diferentes da VIDA
REAL.
Atenção vem de sempre com característica alteradas, por conta de garantir a impossibilidade de
identificação de nossos trabalhos junto a quem averiguamos mantemos a discrição e sigilo de meus clientes
e NUNCA subestimar quem investigamos. No caminho, os personagens terão nomes verdadeiros e vida, por
isso sempre trabalho com seriedade, onde foi uma das primeiras aulas que tive no inicio de minha nova
profissão.
