How to Get There
One Care Presentation Event:
March 30th, from 12:00pm - 2:00pm
Fitchburg Public Library, Garden Room, 610 Main St, Fitchburg, MA 01420
By Public Transit: Take the Fitchburg Commuter Rail from North Station to Fitchburg. It is an
eleven minute walk from the Fitchburg Train Station to the Fitchburg Public Library. The MRTA bus
routes 5 & 6 can be taken to the library.
From the North: Take Route 13 to the intersection of Route 2A. Turn right and continue on through
three lights to Main St. At the fourth light, Main St. becomes a one-way street. Continue straight
through the light. The library is .3 miles on the left.
From the South: Take highway 190 North to the merge with Route 2. Follow Route 2 West to
Fitchburg. Follow the directions above for travel from the east.
From the East: Take Route 2 West to Fitchburg. Take exit 31B (Fitchburg Route 12) and bear right
off the exit to follow Route 12. Follow Route 12 for 3.2 miles to the stoplight just past the Market
Basket. Turn right at 2A/Water Street, go over the overpass and make the next left onto Main St. The
library is .3 miles on the left.
From the West: From Route 2, take the Route 31 exit. At the end of the ramp, turn left onto Route
31 (Princeton Road), which will become Westminster St., then River St., then Kimball St., following
Route 12, for a total of 3.8 miles, and then take a left onto Rollstone St. (approximately .5 miles past
the Cleghorn rotary). Take the next left onto Winch St., which will become Boulder Dr. After .5 miles,
take a left onto Putnam and an immediate right onto Main St. The library will be on your left.
Parking Options: There is metered parking on Main St. and a municipal parking lot with meters on
Newton Place, a left turn before the library. Limited one-hour free library parking is available in the lot
across from the Youth Library accessible from Boulder Drive and opposite Putnam Place.

Jacob Edwards Public Library (ground floor), 236 Main St, Southbridge, MA 01550
By Public Transit: Take the Framingham/Worcester Train and arrive at Union Station. From
Worcester take the 29 Bus, Hub B and arrive in downtown Southbridge. Upon departing the bus,
there is a one minute walk to the library.
By Car:
From the North: Take I-290 West to exit 7 for the I-90/Mass Pike. In about 12 miles take exit 9 for I84 toward Hartford/New York City. Take exit 3B and merge onto US-20 toward State Road 131.
Merge onto MA-131 and turn left onto Main St. The Library is on Main St. at the corner of Foster
Street.
How to Get There
From the South: Take I-84 East and take exit 1 towards Mashapaug Rd. and Southbridge. Merge
onto Haynes St/Route 15, turn left onto Mashapaug Rd., continue straight onto South St., then take a
slight right onto Main St. The Library is on Main Street at the corner of Foster Street.
From the East: Take the Mass Pike, I-90 to exit 8 (Auburn exit) off the Mass Pike to Route 20 West
and then Route 169 South to Southbridge. Follow Route 169 six miles. After the Southbridge Police
Station, go past the green, and turn right at the rotary to Main St., Southbridge. The Library is on Main
Street at the corner of Foster Street.
From the West: Take the Mass Pike, I-90 to exit 9, Sturbridge. Take the first exit after the tollbooth.
Make a left at the first light onto Route 131 East to Southbridge. Go four miles on Route 131 to Main
St., Southbridge. The library is on Main St. in the center of town, immediately after the small brick
Baptist Church.
Parking Options: There is a free parking lot on Foster St., directly behind the library.
April 7th, from 3:00pm - 6:00pm
Edward M. Kennedy Health Center, 19 Tacoma Street, Worcester, MA 01605
By Public Transit: Take the Framingham/Worcester Train and arrive at Union Station. From Union
Station, take the 31 or 26 WRTA bus towards Foster St. and depart the bus at Tacoma St../Great
Brook Valley Ave. The buses stop right in front of the health center.
By Car:
From the North: Take I-190 South to Exit 3, W. Mountain St. Follow the road for approximately 3
miles. The road name changes to Mountain St. East and then to NE Cutoff. At the traffic light (just
before the gas station) take a right onto Boylston Street (Route 70). Then take the first right onto
Tacoma St. The health center comes up on the left hand side of the street.
From the South: Take I-290E to exit 21. At the end of the ramp take a left onto Plantation St. (Route
70). At the traffic light, make a left onto Lincoln St. At the end of the road, take a right onto Boylston
St. and then take the first left onto Tacoma St. The health center will be on the left side of the street.
From the East: Take the Mass Pike I -90 West to exit 11A, I-495 North. Follow I-495 North to exit
25B, I-290 West. Follow I-290 West to exit 22. At the end of ramp, take Main St. (Route 70) towards
Worcester. Main St. becomes Lincoln St. Follow Lincoln St. to the end and take a right onto Boylston.
Then take the first right on to Tacoma St. The health center will be on the right-hand side.
From the West: Take the Mass Pike I-90 East to exit 10, I-290 East. Take exit 21 off of I-290 East. At
the end of the ramp, take a left onto Plantation St. (Route 70). At the traffic light, take a left onto
Lincoln St. At the end of the road, take a right onto Boylston St. and then the first left onto Tacoma St.
The health center will be on the left side of the street.
Parking Options: Free parking is available on site in parking lots before and after the building.

Boylston St. y luego tome el primer giro a la izquierda en Tacoma St. El centro de salud estará en la
calle a mano izquierda.
