Extra News
Report cards will be available for pickup in the main office after July 11th. A stamped,
addressed envelope can be sent in with your child if you would like us to mail your child’s
report card to you. Report cards can also be viewed on https://www.parentaccess.ocps.net If
you are unsure of your username and password please contact your child’s teacher before June
8th.
Book Fair will be open every day from May 31st-June 8th in the morning from 8:15-8:40 and
during lunch times 10:45-1:00. The book fair will also be open after each of the end of year
ceremonies so parents can shop with their children. Come and shop and support the Tildenville
technology fund!
A Connect Ed will go out when the Parent FSA reports are available for pickup.
School supply lists for the 2016-2017 school year are available for viewing online at
www.tildenville.ocps.net after June 8th.
A postcard will arrive to the current mailing address on file during the summer to announce
the date and time for meet the teacher. A Connect Ed message will also go out with the
information as well. If you move during the summer or if you need to update your address or
phone number please call the office and do so as soon as possible.

Reporte de notas estarán disponibles en la oficina después del 11 de junio.
La feria de libros estará abierta del 31 de mayo al 8 de junio en las mañanas de 8:15-8:40 y
durante almuerzo de 10:45 a 1:00pm. Se abrirá al culminar cada celebración de grado. Puede
pasar con su hijo/a y ayudar con la compra de uno o más libros. Todos los fondos irán para
mejorar la tecnología de Tildenville.
Se enviará un mensaje electrónico y de voz cuando los resultados de FSA estén listos para ser
recogido.
Puedes enviar un sobre con sello (estampilla) y su dirección, si le gustaría que le enviáramos el
reporte de notas. También puede acezar su reporte de notas visitando la página cibernética
https://www.parentaccess.ocps.net Si tiene duda con su nombre de usuario y contraseña
puede comunicarse con la maestra de su hijo antes del 8 de junio.
La lista de útiles escolares para el año 2016-2017 estará disponible en la página cibernética de
la escuela después del 8 de junio.
Una tarjeta les estará llegando en el verano a su dirección postal, que está registrada en la
escuela, ésta tendrá fechas para conocer a su maestro. Un mensaje de voz saldrá de igual
manera con esta información. Si se estará mudando en el verano, necesitará pasar por la
escuela y poner al día su información y documentación lo más pronto posible.
