Para los miembros de SoonerCare, hay una nueva manera de
encontrar Proveedores de cuidado primarios después de horas.
Se llama el Localizador después de horas de SoonerCare.
Para encontrar clínicas después de horas,

El localizador le pedirá el código postal del lugar donde usted se
encuentra, la edad del paciente que necesita atención médica y qué
tan lejos (en millas) buscar. Una lista de proveedores aparecerá con el
nombre del proveedor, dirección, número de teléfono, horario de

For SoonerCare members, there is a new way
to find after-hours care it’s called the SoonerCare After-Hours Locator.
To find after-hours clinics, visit
www.afterhoursok.com.
The locator will ask you for the zip code of where you are located,
the age of the patient needing medical care and how far (in miles)
to search. A list of clinics will appear with the address, phone
number, office hours, and map to the location. You should always
call first to make sure they are open and they have the ability to
treat you.

or computer.
