tratándose de extranjeros deberá exhibir
documento migratorio que acredite su legal
estancia en el País; y (q) cualquier otro dato
necesario para la posible adquisición del inmueble;
y, III. En cuanto a la escrituración,
adicionalmente: la ocupación.
Para posible arrendamiento de inmuebles: I.
En su primer visita: (a) nombre y apellidos; (b)
dirección de correo electrónico; y (c) números
telefónicos (de trabajo, casa y móvil); II. Con
relación al contrato (tanto del Titular como del
Obligado Solidario), adicionalmente: (a) lugar y
fecha de nacimiento; (b) nacionalidad; (c) acta de
matrimonio; (d) documento que acredite el
concubinato y/o convivencia, en su caso ; (e) alta
de Registro Federal de Contribuyentes; y/o
cualquier modificación; (f) cedula de identificación
fiscal y/o clave del Registro Federal de
Contribuyentes; (g) comprobante de domicilio; (h)
poder notarial, en su caso; (i) referencias
personales y/o comerciales; (j) identificación oficial,
en el entendido que tratándose de extranjeros
deberá exhibir documento migratorio que acredite
su legal estancia en el País; y (k) cualquier otro
dato que sea necesario para concluir la relación
jurídica con el arrendamiento de inmuebles; y, III.
Solo del Obligado Solidario adicionalmente,
requerimos: (a) título del propiedad del bien
inmueble que garantizará el cumplimiento del
contrato de arrendamiento; (b) último pago de la
boleta predial; y, (c) certificado de libertad de
gravamen.
Para obtener mayor información de usted,

acuse de recibo, para que GIM quede vinculado al
respecto. Dicha Solicitud deberá contener la
siguiente información: (a) nombre (s) y apellidos
de usted y su representante, en su caso; (b)

notificaciones; (c) copia simple de la identificación
oficial con fotografía de usted o su representante,
en su caso, la representación legal de la persona
que realiza la Solicitud a su nombre; (d)
existencia de la representación, mediante
instrumento público o carta poder firmada ante dos
testigos, en su caso; (e) descripción clara y precisa
de los Datos Personales respecto de los cuales
busque ejercer algunos de los Derechos ARCO;
(f) cualquier elemento o documento que facilite la
localización de sus Datos Personales; y (g) firma
de la Solicitud de usted o su representante.

granted before two witness; (e) a clear and
explicit description of the Personal Data for
which you want to use the ARCO Rights; (f)
any element or document which may facilitate
the location of your Personal Data; and (g) the
Application should contain your or your
representative’s signature.
