[email protected] It is presented the study of silver particles electrodeposition on different matrices: glassy carbon, multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCN) and carbon black. For each type of matrix, the silver electrodeposition is described by cyclic voltammetry and different potential pulses. Electrodeposition was carried out using an electrolyte 0.02M Ag (I) (as AgNO3), 1M KNO3. The figure 1 shows some results obtained from the electrodeposition on Glassy Carbon electrode and Multi-walled carbon nanotubes. -1.E-04 Carbón Glassy Vítreo carbon Agº/Glassy Agº/ Carbóncarbon Vítreo I / A cm-1 -8.E-05 -6.E-05 -4.E-05 -2.E-05 0.E+00 0 5 10 15 time / s MWCN -1.0E-04 Agº/ MWCN I/Acm -1 -6.0E-05 -2.0E-05 0 5 time/s 10 15 Figure 1. In the MWCNT is evident that the silver electrodeposition mechanism can not be described by the classical models of electrocrystallization Acknowledgements.
