RULES
1º We wish films with certain social commitment and whose contents have to do with the
Environment, Mountains and Rural World in all its facets, and any kind of Travel, no matter its
nature.
2º We are in Castilla-La Mancha (Spain), that's why will not be accepted (even for the selection
process) any film whose spoken language is different from Spanish, unless it have spanish
subtitles.
3º The films must be available for the organization of the event before September 15th. For the
exclusive purpose of the selection process we admit viewing online or file transfer across any
platform; however any selected film must be submitted to the contest by two DVD copies. The
films must be delivered not later than October 15th to: Certamen de Cine, C/ De Enmedio, 12 /
19223 / Majaelrayo / Guadalajara / España.
4º No film will be admitted unless previously recorded by our registration form, as well as trough
our account at ClickForFestivals.
5º The organization shall appoint an admission committee that will be responsible for the
selection of the films that will be screened during the event.
6º There will be just one award consisting on the mention of the most valued by the public, who
vote each film by a score of zero to ten. The average obtained, will give us the winning movie,
which will get the title of winner and a small souvenir made by a local artisan. We will not publish
the scores of other participating films, but also receive a piece of craftsmanship as a souvenir for
their participation.
7º The author grants to Certamen de Cine de Viajes del Ocejón the right to exhibit its film work in
the case result selected, and the use of upto a 5% of it for promotional purposes of the event
itself. Once registered and selected a film it may not be withdrawn under any circumstances. The
author is responsible to not affect the rights of third parties and absolve the organization from any
liability. Participation in the Festival implies acceptance of these rules.
8º A copy of each selected film will become part of the archive of the event, which is housed in
the Municipal Library of Campillo de Ranas and therefore can be borrowed to the users of the
library. The second copy shall be returned to the owner upon request.
9º This event is organized by non profit cultural Association, for that reason we do not charge
entrance ticket to the attendants nor pay any exhibition fees to the participants.

10º However, we invite to come to each participant and offer accommodation and meals for him
or her and a companion or in our homes, or those of the volunteers, our neighbors, who have
offered. We can not speak of any standard or category, there are no stars or forks, but we do
guarantee our best hospitality. It is important from the point of view of logistics, than once we
communicate to a participant that his film has been selected to tell us as soon as he/she can if is
coming to present it, he or his delegate as the producer, screenwriter or someone closely
associated with the work.
To participate first fill the registration form although you can also register it through
ClickForFestivals, then it is not necessary to fill in the registration form.
and then submit your film:
a/ On a DVD to our postal address: Certamen de Cine, C/ De Enmedio, 12 / 19223 / Majaelrayo /
Guadalajara / España.
b/ For the very sole purpose of the selection process we admit viewing online through Vimeo or a
similar platform, but remember that you will need spanish subtitles if the spoken
language is different.
c/ By early October we will publish the final selection: then any film selected will have to be
physically submitted to us with two copies on DVD and spanish subtitles if needed.

BASES
1º Queremos películas que revistan cierto compromiso social y cuyos contenidos tengan que ver
con el Medio Ambiente, la Montaña y el Medio Rural en cualquiera de sus facetas, y también
todo tipo de Viajes, de cualquier naturaleza.
2º Estamos en Castilla­La Mancha (España), por ello no será admitida (ni siquiera al proceso de
selección) ninguna película cuya lengua hablada sea diferente al castellano salvo si
tiene subtitulos en castellano.
3º Los films deberán estar a disposición de la organización del certamen antes del 15 de
Septiembre. Con el propósito exclusivo del proceso de selección admitimos el visionado on­line o
la transferencia del archivo a través de cualquier plataforma; sin embargo cualquier película que
resulte seleccionada tendrá que presentarse al certamen mediante dos copias en DVD. Las
películas se harán llegar antes del 15 de octubre a: Certamen de Cine, C/ De Enmedio, 12 /
19223 / Majaelrayo / Guadalajara / España.
4º No sera admitida a selección ninguna película que no se haya registrado previamente mediante
nuestro formulario de inscripción, o bien a través de nuestra suscripción en ClickForFestivals.
5º La organización designará un Comité de Admisión, que será el encargado de realizar
la selección de trabajos que serán proyectados durante el Certamen.
6º Existirá un solo premio que consistirá en la mención de la película mejor valorada por el
público, que votara cada película con una nota de cero a diez. La media obtenida, nos dará el
trabajo premiado, que conseguirá el título de vencedor y un pequeño recuerdo elaborado por un
artesano o artesana local. No se darán a conocer las valoraciones del resto de películas
participantes, pero recibirán también una pieza de artesanía como recuerdo de su participación.
7º El autor otorga al Certamen de Cine de Viajes del Ocejón el derecho para la exhibición de la
obra en el caso de ser escogida, y el uso de hasta un 5% de la misma con fines
promocionales del propio certamen. Una vez inscrita y seleccionada no podrá ser retirada bajo
ninguna circunstancia. El autor se responsabiliza de no afectar los derechos de terceras personas
y exime a la organización de cualquier responsabilidad legal. La participación en el Festival
supone la aceptación de estas bases.
8º Una copia de cada película seleccionada pasará a formar parte del Archivo del Certamen, que
se aloja en la Biblioteca Municipal de Campillo de Ranas y por lo tanto podrá ser prestada a los
usuarios de dicha biblioteca. La segunda copia será devuelta a su propietario si lo solicita.

9º Este evento lo organiza una Asociación Cultural sin ánimo de lucro, por esa razón no
cobramos entrada a los espectadores ni podemos pagar derechos de exhibición.
10º Sin embargo, a cada participante ofrecemos alojamiento y comidas para el o ella y un o una
acompañante, en nuestras casas, o en las de lo voluntarios, vecinos nuestros, que las han
ofrecido. No podemos hablar de ningún estándar ni categoría, no hay estrellas ni tenedores, pero
lo que si garantizamos es nuestra mejor hospitalidad. Es importante, desde el punto de vista
logístico, que una vez que comuniquemos a algún participante que su trabajo ha sido
seleccionado nos diga lo mas pronto que pueda si va a venir a presentarlo, el o aquel en quien
delegue: el productor, guionista o alguien muy vinculado con la obra.
Además, y para que el evento no resulte tan maratoniano, solemos incluir en el programa algún
tipo de actividad no cinematográfica pero que verse sobre la misma temática, por ejemplo
proyecciones de diapositivas o exposiciones, charlas o conferencias, música, etc. Lógicamente
estas actividades no se someten a votación pero sus realizadores si reciben su trofeo de recuerdo.
Despues rellena la ficha de inscripción aunque también puedes inscribirla a través de
ClickForFestivals , en ese caso no es necesario que rellenes la ficha de inscripción.

b/ Con el propósito exclusivo del proceso de selección admitimos el visionado on­line a traves
de Vimeo u otra plataforma análoga, pero recuerda que tendrá que tener subtitulos en
castellano si la lengua hablada es diferente.
c/ A primeros de octubre haremos pública la selección final: en ese momento cualquier película
que resulte seleccionada tendrá que presentarse físicamente mediante dos copias en
soporte DVD y con subtítulos en castellano si los necesitase.
