Den Braven Joint Fix®
High quality ready-to-use joint repair filler
width. A general rule is the ratio of joint depth to the width of the joint
with a joint width till 10 mm is 1:1, with a minimum of 5 mm in width and
depth. For joints wider than 10 mm, thedepth is the width devided by 3

on a polymer dispersion and additives for joints in in- and outdoor
applications.

Aplicaciones
Zwaluw Joint Fix® has been developed especially for durable jointing
and repairing of new and damaged joints between stone strips and
Façade masonry. Zwaluw Joint Fix® is already some hours after
application weather and rain resistant. Also for sealing connection joints
between led and brickwork.
Direcciones de Uso
A well-designed joint is a joint with a sufficient width so it would be able
to take and process the movement of the adjacent building elements.
The joint depth should always be in the correct relationship of the joint
Application temperature +5°C till +40°C (applies to environment and
substrate). All surfaces must be clean, dry and free from dust, grease
and solid substrate. Substrate to be cleaned from all loose particles,
porous substrate do not require to be absolutely dry. Very porous
substrates like: Gypsum, airated concrete, limstone, etc, need to be
primed with a mixture of 1 part zwaluw Joint Fix® and 2 parts water.
Adhesion tests prior to application are recommended. Press 5 minutes
after application zwaluw Joint Fix® into the joint and finsih with a joint
spatula. Do not apply when exposed to extreme sunlight. Remove after
5 - 10 minutes excessive matarial with a dustpan or wet sponge from
the joints and brickwork. During curing the product becomes darker.
Tools and hands to be cleaned with water. Apply with the V-nozzle
supplied with the cartridge.

Den Braven Joint Fix®
High quality ready-to-use joint repair filler
Zwaluw Joint Fix® is paintable after full drying of sealant. During curing
product will show shrinkage, which can cause cracking of the paint.
Excellent paintable with water based and synthetic Paints. Painting with
high filled water based paints can create cracking. Recommend to test
compatability with paint prior to application.
Limpieza
Tools to be cleaned after use with water. Hands can be cleaned with
Zwaluw Wipes and/or water and soap.

In unopened orignal packaging between +5°C and +25°C, shelflife till 12
months after productiondate, stored in a dry place.
