See It! Be It! Lead it!
June 13-17th, 2016
Open to all CISD students currently in K – 5th grade
Bess Race Elementary School
Doors open: 7:30, Classes start at 8:00 am
Pick up: 5:00 – 5:30 pm
Cost: $120.00 per child. Additional Siblings $100.00 each
6 Classes per day:
All Students: Art, Percussion, Music/Choir, and Theater
Morning Choice: Cheer OR Video/Photo
Afternoon Choice: Dance OR Computer
FREE Breakfast 7:30 – 8:00 am
FREE Lunch 12:30 – 1:00 (packed lunch acceptable)
Snack Time 3:30 – 4:00 (provided by the student)
Register by May 20, 2016 to receive a FREE T-shirt to wear during camp
Tennis shoes required
Friday, June 17, 2016, 4:30 pm Closing Program
Any child picked up after 5:30pm will be charged $10.00 each day.
Terms of Payment and refund policy:
Registration must be submitted by May 20, 2016 in order to guarantee a t-shirt. You may mail the
registration form along with check or money order to:

If registering after May 20, 2016 there is no guarantee of a t-shirt or open spots in elective choices.
Due to commitments to faculty and facility arrangements, applicants who withdraw after June 3, 2016
will forfeit all fees.
