La presente Circular de Información Aeronáutica tiene
como objetivo divulgar la adopción y utilización por
parte de la Unidad Administrativa Especial de
Aeronáutica Civil del siguiente formato estándar OACI
de Arribo (ARR) y Salida (DEP) para mejorar las
utilidades del Sistema de gestión de flujo de tránsito
aéreo TFMS:

Para aeródromos que no cuenten con posición FDP y
tengan AIS/AD, El controlador deberá realizar las
coordinaciones respectivas con las dependencias
AIS/COM para la elaboración de este mensaje.
For aerodromes that do not have a FDP position and
have AIS / AD, the controller should make the

Para aeródromos en los cuales exista AFTN y no
cuenten con AIS/AD, el controlador de turno se
encargará de la elaboración del respectivo mensaje.

Para aeródromos o pistas sin servicio de control de
tránsito aéreo, el piloto al mando de la aeronave
transmitirá por frecuencia el informe del aeródromo y
hora de llegada o aterrizaje a la dependencia ATS del
área controlada donde se encuentre.
For runways or aerodromes without air traffic control,
the pilot in command of the aircraft shall transmit the
report of the aerodrome and the time of arrival or
landing by frequency to the respective ATS controlled
area.
