The present thesis is aimed to demonstrate the efficiency of the social intervention
to help socially excluded families by providing them with housing facilities, through the
investigation, analysis and evaluation of the Integration Housing Programme of the
Inglés

Government of Navarra (VAIS).
Understanding that social exclusion is a multidimensional phenomenon, we perceive that
the inclusion of the excluded individuals by providing them housing allows us to depart
from the safe stable environment of their own home to help them overcome the exclusion
problem in its different dimensions. Making a comprehensive procedure from Cases Social
Work and social accompaniment.

El siguiente trabajo de fin de grado, pretende demostrar la eficacia de la intervención
social articulada en procesos de acceso a la vivienda como método de inclusión con
familias en situación de exclusión social, a través del estudio, valoración y análisis del
Programa de vivienda de Integración Social del Gobierno de Navarra (VAIS).
Teniendo en cuenta que la exclusión social se caracteriza por ser un fenómeno
multidimensional, la inserción a través de la vivienda se convierte en un buen método de
intervención para favorecer la inclusión, aprovechando la estabilidad y seguridad que esta
nos brinda para poder trabajar con la persona diferentes procesos en sus distintas
dimensiones. Realizando una intervención de manera integral desde el Trabajo Social de
Casos y acompañamiento social.
