RESUMEN
Las especiales características de los establecimientos termales hacen que
participen en diferentes y numerosas legislaciones. Los balnearios no sólo
están sometidos a las leyes habituales de cualquier empresa comercial, sino
que también están afectados por la legislación turística, sanitaria y minera,
tanto en el ámbito estatal como autonómico.
En el presente artículo se recogen las principales disposiciones legales que
afectan a las estaciones termales.
ABSTRACT
The special characteristics of the thermal spas also involve them in numerous
and different legislations. The thermal spas are not only subject to the normal
laws the same any commercial establishments: they are also influenced by the
touristic, sanitary and mining laws as much in the state scope as local.
In the present article are treated the main legal measures affecting the thermal
spas.
RÉSUMÉ
Les caractéristiques spéciales des établissements thermaux font qu'elles
prennent part différentes et nombreuses législations. Les stations thermaux non
seulement sont soumises aux lois habituelles de toute entreprise commerciale,
mais sont aussi touchées par la législation touristique, sanitaire et minière, tant
dans le cadre étatique comme autonome. Dans le présent article on reprend les
principales dispositions légales qui affectent les stations thermaux.
