All members were invited to attend to hear reports on the financial condition of the credit union. One of the most important agenda items for this meeting was the election of four Board of Directors positions. Ben Borugian, Jack V. Braswell, Jr., Karen Keller, and Jeff Seaford were elected by the credit union’s membership and will serve three-year terms on the Board of Directors. After the election, Jack V. Braswell, Jr., President/CEO of Members Credit Union, discussed the achievements of Members Credit Union during 2015 and the outlook for the year that lies ahead. Pictured left to right: Jack V. Thanks to our members, Members CU had a very successful 2015 and realized an increase in loans, accounts opened, deposits, and total assets. In addition to financial success, Members CU also worked to improve member satisfaction by providing financial education, upgrading branches, researching safe electronic and mobile banking options, and moving towards the implementation of the EuroMasterCard and Visa (EMV) Debit and Credit chip cards to protect our members against fraud. These efforts will be continued throughout 2016 by visiting local middle and high schools to promote good financial practices among young adults, providing several new electronic products, and issuing the new EMV cards to members, as their current cards expire. Members CU’s Current Rates Loan Rates (Rates shown as Annual Percentage Rate) Fixed Rate Loans New Car or Truck............... as low as1.75%* Used Car or Truck............... as low as1.75%* * Rate is subject to qualifications.
