Máquina de coser estudiada específicamente
para la confección de la media con caballete en
cartón. La Easy Rider esta comandada de un
servomotor brush-less y dotada de un PLC
para una gestión completamente electrónica
tramite un display touch-screen. El motor
integrado en la cosedora permite el
posicionamiento sobre cualquier superficie de
trabajo sin necesidad de sistema externo de
trasmisión.

Easy Rider operates by means of a brush-less
servo motor and it is equipped with a PLC for a
fully electronic operation through a touchscreen display.
Integrated drive motor allows a very easy
machine installation on any table or support,
without the need for an external transmission

Tiempo de costura mínimo para 5 puntos: 0,5segundos
Manivela lateral para accionamiento manual que
permite una puesta a 0 veloz facilitando la regulación
Iluminación a LED de la zona de costura (activable
del display).
Sistema de volteo para regulaciones o manutención de la
zona inferior.
Sistema de movimiento del hilo simplificado y eficiente
que permite la regulación del largo de la colita.
Arranque de la maquina por la presión del mismo carton,
que se utiliza de referencia regulable de la posición
de costura.
Servomotore brush-less que permite una gestión precisa
de la trasmisión con eventuales regulaciones de
aceleración y desaceleración.
La Easy Rider es totalmente accesible lateralmente
para facilitar la manutención.
Funciones display touch-screen:

Minimum sewing time for 5 stitches: 0,5 seconds
Side knob for manual cycle facilitates all settings.

LED lighting on sewing area (activated from display).

Tilting system to easily access the bottom area for
maintenance or settings.
Simple and efficient yarn feeding system with the
possibility to set the thread length.
Machine start activated by the card rider pushing a
reference edge. This edge can be easily adjusted to
correct the stitches position.
Brush-less servomotor for total driving control with
acceleration and deceleration settings.





Easy Rider is totally accessible from the sides for an
easier maintenance.
Touch-screen display functions:
Velocidad de costura variable para adaptarse a
diversos tipos de medias y cartones.
Numero de puntadas de costura (3-5-7).
Con los pulsadores presentes en el menú de
mantenimiento pueden activarse los movimientos
independientemente.
Función “cambio aguja/enhebrado” que relaja el hilo
para permitir el pasaje, baja la barra aguja y pone
en fase la maquina al final de la operación.
Pulsante para la regulación de la posición de puntadas
con vuelta a fase.
Activación led de iluminación.

Using buttons shown in the maintenance area all
movements can be independently activated.
“Needle change / threading needle” function to release
the yarn, lower the needle bar and automatically resets the machine on completion.
Button to activate the stitch position settings with
automatic machine re-setting on completion.
