CONNECT MIX STAND ALONE, è un disgiuntore idrico da utilizzare in abbinamento a qualsiasi caldaia.
Trova applicazione quale separ atore idr aulico tr a gener atore e
impianto quando quest’ultimo richiede portate più elevate di quelle
fornite dal generatore stesso; permette inoltre la gestione di impianti di riscaldamento misti ad alta e bassa temperatura (radiatori/ventilconvettori e pannelli radianti).
Può essere installato a incasso, quindi senza nessun ingombro
esterno, oppure a parete (pensile).
CONNECT MIX STAND ALONE è conf orme a:

Questo libretto di istruzione è parte integrante del libretto della
caldaia alla quale viene collegato CONNECT MIX ST AND
AVVERTENZE E SICUREZZE
ALONE.
L’apparecchio prodotto nei nostr i stabilimenti viene costr uito
facendo attenzione anche ai singoli componenti in modo da
proteggere sia l’utente che l’installatore da eventuali incidenti. Si raccomanda quindi al personale qualificato, dopo
ogni intervento effettuato sul prodotto, di prestare particolare attenzione ai collegamenti elettrici, soprattutto per quanto
riguarda la parte spelata dei conduttori, che non deve in
alcun modo uscire dalla morsettiera, evitando così il possibile contatto con le parti vive del conduttore stesso.
A tale libretto si rimanda per le AVVERTENZE GENERALI, per
le REGOLE FOND AMENTALI DI SICUREZZA e per inf ormazioni specifiche sul funzionamento della caldaia.
In alcune parti del libretto sono utilizzati i simboli:

smarrimento richiederne un altro esemplare al Ser vizio Tecnico di Assistenza di zona.

È pertanto vietato aprire il coperchio frontale del dispositivo.
Controllare periodicamente in caldaia la pressione dell’acqua
nell’impianto, in caso di necessità ripristinare la pressione come
da libretto istruzioni.
L'installazione dell’apparecchio e qualsiasi altro intervento
di assistenza e di manutenzione devono essere eseguiti da
personale qualificato secondo le indicazioni delle leggi ed
in conformità alle norme vigenti.
Se si dovessero verificare cali di pressione frequenti, chiedere
l’intervento di personale professionalmente qualificato che verificherà lo stato del vostro impianto.

Dopo aver tolto l'imballo, assicurarsi dell'integrità e della
completezza del contenuto. In caso di non rispondenza, rivolgersi al rivenditore da cui è stato acquistato l'apparecchio.
Lo scarico della valvola di sicurezza dell'apparecchio deve
essere collegato ad un adeguato sistema di raccolta ed evacuazione. Il costruttore dell'apparecchio non è responsabile
di eventuali danni causati dall'intervento della valvola di sicurezza.
È necessario, durante l'installazione, informare l'utente che:
- in caso di fuoriuscite d'acqua deve chiudere l'alimentazione idrica ed a vvisare con sollecitudine il Ser vizio Tecnico
di Assistenza
- la pressione di esercizio dell'impianto idraulico sia compresa tra 1 e 2 bar, e comunque non superiore a 3 bar. In
caso di necessità, deve far intervenire personale professionalmente qualificato del Ser vizio Tecnico di Assistenza
- in caso di non utilizzo dell’apparecchio per un lungo periodo è consigliabile l'inter vento del Ser vizio Tecnico di Assistenza per effettuare almeno le seguenti operazioni:
· posizionare l'interruttore principale dell'apparecchio e

quello generale dell'impianto su "spento"
· chiudere i rubinetti del combustibile e dell'acqua, sia
dell'impianto termico sia del sanitario
· svuotare l'impianto termico e sanitario se c'è rischio di
gelo
- la manutenzione dell’apparecchio deve essere eseguita
almeno una volta all'anno, programmandola per tempo
con il Ser vizio Tecnico di Assistenza.
Poiché gli allacciamenti idraulici ed elettrici tra impianto e Connect
MIX STAND ALONE devono avvenire all’interno degli ingombri del
dispositivo stesso, occorre prima posizionare Connect MIX STAND
ALONE e poi i tubi di ingresso ed uscita dell’impianto e la
canalizzazione dei cavi elettrici.

collegamenti idraulici ed elettrici, tra caldaia e Connect MIX STAND
ALONE, non super i 15 metr i. Connect MIX ST AND ALONE può
essere installato in luoghi esposti ad agenti atmosferici (pioggia,
sole, gelo, ecc) solo ed esclusivamente “a incasso”.
Per eff ettuare il collegamento elettr ico del Connect MIX ST AND
ALONE è necessario accedere al Connect MIX STAND ALONE e
alla scheda caldaia.

Collegare il Connect MIX ST AND ALONE all’alimentazione elettrica (fase neutro-terra) utilizzando il cavo in dotazione.
È tassativamente vietato prelevare l’alimentazione elettrica
del Connect MIX ST AND ALONE dalla caldaia in quanto il
fusibile di caldaia non è dimensionato per i carichi elettrici
del Connect MIX STAND ALONE.

Quando Connect MIX STAND ALONE viene installato “a parete”
va supportato con due tasselli ad espansione (forniti a corredo)
adeguati al tipo di parete ed al peso dell’apparecchio.
Si consiglia l’utilizzo di passatubi da posizionare sull’incasso per
limitare le infiltrazioni di acqua.
I passatubi non sono forniti con il dispositivo.

COLLEGAMENTO TERMOSTATI AMBIENTE (TA)
I TA dell’impianto bassa (TA2+) e alta (TA1+) temperatura devono
essere collegati direttamente al Connect MIX STAND ALONE utilizzando un cavo con sezione minima di 1 mm 2.

Quando Connect MIX STAND ALONE viene installato ad “incasso
“ è necessario:
- predisporre le opere murarie realizzando una nicchia di
contenimento adatta alle dimensioni del Connect MIX STAND
ALONE e d allo spessore della parete (valori indicativi minimi
riportati in figura)
- posizionare Connect MIX ST AND ALONE nella propr ia sede
ricordandosi di aprire le due alette di sostegno per un migliore
fissaggio
- proteggere i bordi laterali e il coperchio frontale durante i lavori
di incasso del dispositivo

COLLEGAMENTO ALLA CALDAIA
Collegare il TA della scheda del Connect MIX STAND ALONE al
mammut TA della caldaia utilizzando il ca vo fornito in dotazione
(riferirsi allo schema elettrico sul libretto istruzioni per l’installatore
della caldaia specifica).

IMPOSTAZIONE IMPIANTO ALTA TEMPERATURA
In caso di alimentazione fase-fase verificare con un tester
quale dei due fili ha potenziale maggiore rispetto alla terra
e collegarlo alla L, in egual maniera collegare il filo rimanente alla N.
Impostare il selettore di temperatura riscaldamento della caldaia
al valore desiderato per l’impianto alta temperatura.
Per alimentazioni flottanti, o vvero pr ive all’or igine di r iferimento a terra è necessario l’utilizzo di un trasformatore di
isolamento con secondario ancorato a terra.
È obbligatorio:
- L’impiego di un interruttore magnetotermico onnipolare,
sezionatore di linea, conforme alle Norme CEI-EN 603351 (apertura dei contatti di almeno 3,5mm, categoria III)
- Utilizzare cavi di sezione ≥ 1,5mm2 e rispettare il collegamento L (Fase) - N (Neutro)
- L’amperaggio dell’interruttore deve essere adeguato
alla potenza elettrica della caldaia, riferirsi ai dati tecnici
per verificare la potenza elettrica del modello installato
- Collegare l’apparecchio ad un efficace impianto di terra
- Salvaguardare l’accessibilità alla presa di corrente dopo
l’installazione
È vietato l’uso dei tubi del gas e dell’acqua per la messa a
terra dell’apparecchio.
Il costruttore non è responsabile di eventuali danni causati
dalla mancanza di messa a terra o dall’inosservanza di
quanto riportato negli schemi elettrici.

Prima di qualsiasi oper azione di pulizia del Connect MIX ST AND
ALONE togliere l’alimentazione elettrica posizionando l’interruttore generale su “spento”.
La pulizia della pannellatura deve essere effettuata con panni
inumiditi con acqua e sapone.
Nel caso di macchie tenaci inumidire il panno con miscela al 50%
di acqua ed alcool denaturato o con prodotti specifici.
Terminata la pulizia asciugare accur atamente.
Non usare prodotti abrasivi, benzina o trielina.

Il circolatore si attiva ogni 24 ore di sosta per un periodo di 10

La selezione del KT deve essere effettuata agendo sul trimmer in
scheda.
La corrispondenza tra KT e posizione del trimmer è indicata nel
grafico in fig. 12.
Prima di avviare Connect MIX STAND ALONE verificare la corretta
esecuzione dei collegamenti idraulici ed elettrici.

La termoregolazione funziona solo con sonda esterna collegata,
pertanto una volta installata, collegare la sonda esterna alle apposite connessioni previste sulla morsettiera della scheda (S.EXT
- fig. 8).
In tal modo si abilita la funzione di TERMOREGOLAZIONE.
Scelta della curva di compensazione
La curva di compensazione del riscaldamento provvede a mantenere una temperatura teorica di 20°C in ambiente per temperature esterne comprese tra +20°C e –20°C. La scelta della curva
dipende dalla temperatura esterna minima di progetto (e quindi
dalla località geografica) e dalla temperatura di mandata progetto
(e quindi dal tipo di impianto) e va calcolata con attenzione da
parte dell’installatore, secondo la seguente formula:

The Connect MIX STAND ALONE is a water separator that is to be
used with every boilers, where it separates the water in the generator and in the plant, when the latter is characterised by high
flow rates that exceed those developed by the generator itself. It
can also be used to manage mixed low and high temperature
heating systems (radiators / fan coils and radiant panels).
The Connect MIX ST AND ALONE unit can be b uilt into the w all,
thereby avoiding any protrusion, or it can be wall-mounted.
Connect MIX STAND ALONE conforms to:

This instruction manual is an integral part of the manual for the
boiler to which the Connect MIX ST AND ALONE unit is
connected.
See the latter man ual for GENERAL WARNINGS and BASIC
SAFETY RULES and other specific information on the functioning of the boiler.
WARNINGS AND SAFETY DEVICES
The boilers made in our factories are all built with care being
taken over each individual component in order to protect both
the user and the installer from any accidents. We therefore
urge trained personnel to be particularly careful with the electrical connections on completion of each job done on the
product, especially as far as the bare parts of the conductors
are concerned. These must not stick out of the terminal board
in any way, so as to a void any possibility of contact with liv e
parts of the conductor itself.
The following symbols are used at some points in the manual:

and adequate training.
FORBIDDEN – for actions that MUST NOT be carried
out under any circumstances
Both this instr uction manual and the user’ s man ual are an
integral part of the product. Make sure that they always remain
with the machine, even if it is sold to another owner or user, or
if it is transferred to another plant. If it should get damaged or
lost, ask your local Technical Assistance Ser vice for another
copy.
WARNINGS FOR THE USER:
This device does not require any setting or checking by the user.
Opening the front cover on the device is therefore forbidden.
Check the water pressure in the system from time to time. If
necessary, alter the pressure as indicated in the instruction
manual.
If the pressure drops frequently , call in prof essionally trained
personnel to check the status of your system.

Installing the boiler and any other assistance and maintenance
work must be carried out by qualified personnel in compliance
with the relevant laws and current standards.
We recommend that the installer instruct the user on how the equipment works and on basic safety standards.
The boiler must only be used for the purposes for which it was
expressly made . The m anufacturer does not accept an y
contractual or extra-contractual responsibility for any damage
caused to people , animals , or proper ty, due to incorrect
installation, setting, or maintenance, or due to improper use.

On removing thùe packing, check the integrity and completeness of the contents. Should any discrepancies be found,
contact the dealer that sold you the equipment.
The dr ain from the equipment’ s saf ety v alve must be connected to an adequate collection and remo val system. The
manufacturer of this equipment is not responsible for any
damage caused by the safety valve opening.
During installation the user must be informed that:
- Should any water flow out, they are to shut off the water
supply and contact the Technical Assistance Ser vice immediately.
- The working pressure for the plumbing system must be
between 1 and 2 bar , and must not exceed 3 bar. Where
necessary, prof essionally qualified personnel from the
Technical Assistance Ser vice must be called in.
- If the boiler is not to be used for a lengthy period of time,
we recommend calling in the Technical Assistance Ser vice to carry out the following operations:
· Switch the main switch for the equipment and the main
switch for the entire plant to “off”.
· Close the taps on the water and the fuel supplies, for both
the heating and the hot water systems.
· Empty the heating and hot water systems if there is any
risk of freezing.
- Maintenance must be carried out on the boiler at least
once a y ear, and appointments m ust be made timeously

HYDRAULIC CONNECTIONS
The boiler should not be used by children or people that are
unable to use it proper ly.
Before forming the connections all the piping must be thoroughly
flushes to remove any residue that could compromise the proper
functioning of the Connect MIX STAND ALONE.

The plumbing connections to the boiler and the system must be
carried out rationally, as indicated in the figure .
Direct connections can be formed using the female couplings on the
delivery and retur n pipes f or the Connect MIX STAND ALONE, or
taps (not supplied) can be fitted on the lines for shutting off the lines.
These taps are very useful when maintenance is carried out, as
they allow the Connect MIX STAND ALONE to be drained without
having to drain the entire system.
It is dangerous to activate devices or electrical equipment
such as switches, domestic appliances, etc. if you smell any
fuel or burning.
Should a gas leak occur , ventilate the room b y opening the
doors and windows, shut the main gas valve, call in
professionally qualified personnel from the Technical Assistance ser vice immediately.
Do not touch the boiler when barefoot or when parts of your
body are wet or damp.
Before cleaning, disconnect the boiler from the electricity
mains by switching the bi-pole switch for the plant and the
main switch on the control panel to “OFF”.
Check that the expansion vessel on the boiler has sufficient capacity for the size of the system.

CONNECTING THE CONNECT MIX ST AND ALONE TO THE
ELECTRICITY MAINS
Connect MIX STAND ALONE unit to the electricity mains (phase /
neutral / earth) using the cable supplied.
Drawing the power supply for the Connect MIX STAND ALONE from theboiler is absolutely forbidden as the boiler’s fuse
is not sizedto take the electrical loads associated with the
Connect MIX STAND ALONE.
INSTALLATION OF THE APPLIANCE
FIG. 1 The Connect MIX STAND ALONE can be wall-mounted or
“built-in”, and can be located near the boiler or at a distance,
provided the length of the plumbing and electrical connections
between the boiler and the Connect MIX ST AND ALONE unit do
not exceed 15 metres.
The Connect MIX STAND ALONE can be installed in positions
exposed to the weather (rain, sun, ice, etc.) only if in “built-in”
installation.

CONNECTING THE AMBIENT THERMOSTATS (TA)
The TAs for the lo w (TA2+) and high (T A1+) temperature system
must be directly connected to the Connect MIX ST AND ALONE
using a cable with minimum section 1 mm 2.

When the Connect MIX STAND ALONE is wall-mounted it must be
supported by two expanding wall anchors (supplied) that are
suitable for the type of wall and weight of the equipment.
We recommend using pipe sleeves built into the wall in order to
limit the infiltration of water.
These pipe sleeves are not supplied with the unit.

Connect the TA from the BAG2 MIX BASIC Board to the heater TA
cable grip using the cable provided (refer to the wiring diagram in
the installer instruction booklet for the specific heater).

When the Connect MIX STAND ALONEV unit is built-in:
- Provide the building work, complete with a niche of suitable
size for the Connect MIX STAND ALONE, to suit the thickness of
the wall (minimum indicative dimensions shown in the figure).
- Position the Connect MIX ST AND ALONE in position, and
remember to open out the two support lugs to fix it more securely
.
- Protect the side edges and front while building in the device.
Since the plumbing and electrical connections between the system
and the Connect MIX ST AND ALONE m ust be contained within
the overall size of the device itself, first position the Connect MIX
STAND ALONE and then the entr y and e xit pipes f or the system
and the conduiting for the electric cables.

When using a phase-phase pow er supply, use a tester to determine which of the two wires has the greater potential compared to
the earth and connect it to the L terminal. Connect the remaining
wire to the N terminal.
For floating power supplies, that is, those that have no earth connection, an insulation transformer must be used, with a secondary
unit connected to the earth.

NOTE: To allow for installing taps (not supplied) a niche m ust be
formed of sufficient size to allow them to be fitted below the Connect
MIX STAND ALONE itself.

The following are obligatory:
- A multi-pole trip-switch must be used to disconnect the line, that
conforms to the CEI-EN 60335-1 standards (contact opening at
least 3,5mm, category III).
- Use cables with a 1,5 mm 2 section and respect the L (Phase) –
N (Neutral) connection.
- The amper age on the s witch m ust be adequate f or the boiler’ s
electrical power rating – see the technical data to check the electrical power rating for the model installed.
- Connect the equipment to an efficient earthing system.
- The power socket must be inaccessib le after installation.
The use of gas or water pipes to earth this equipment is forbidden.
The manufacturer does not accept any responsibility for any damage caused due to the lack of a proper earth or failure to comply
with the wiring diagram.
The correspondence between the KT and the trimmer position is
indicated in the graph at figure 12.
FIRST STARTING UP
Before switching the Connect MIX STAND ALONE on, chec k that
the electrical and plumbing connections have been formed correctly.

CIRCULATION PUMPS
The Connect MIX STAND ALONE is supplied with circulation units
with a three-speed control.
Choose the best speed to suit the specific characteristics of the
systems.
CHECKS AFTER INST ALLATION

RELEASING THE PUMPS IF NECESSARY
If the unit has been inactive for a lengthy period of time and the
circulation units are stuck, unscrew the caps on the front and turn
the shaft for the circulation unit motor using a scre wdriver.
Do this extremely carefully so as not to damage the components
themselves.
HEATER ANTI FREEZE FUNCTION FOR LOW TEMPERATURES
The function is activated when the temperature measured by the
supply probe falls below 5°C. A heat request is generated at this
phase and the low temperature circuit pump is run for 15 minutes.
CLEANING
Before cleaning the Connect MIX STAND ALONE in any way disconnect the mains power supply by switching the main switch to
“OFF”.
The panels must be cleaned with a cloth, using soap and w ater.
If stubborn stains are found, use a cloth with a 50% water and
denatured alcohol mixture, or use specific products.
Once cleaning is complete , dry carefully.
Do not use abrasive products, benzene, or trichloroethylene.
PUMP ANTI BLOCK FUNCTION
The pump is activated once every 24 hours for a period of 10
seconds.

The supply temperature to the low temperature plant may be set
by regulating the trimmer on the board.

Check that the heating system is pressurised.

To call for heat from a mixed system, check that the mixing valve
opens and closes correctly.
If even one of these checks provides a negative result, the system
must not be started up.

Fix the boiler central heating knob to the high temperature
appliance desidered value.
THERMOREGULATION
Heat adjustment only works with the external probe connected,
therefore, after installation, connect the external probe to the relative connections on the board (S.EXT - fig. 8).
This enables the THERMOREGULATION function.
Selecting the offset heating curve
The offset heating curve maintains a theoretical ambient temperature of 20°C at external temperatures ranging from +20°C to 20°C. The choice of the cur ve depends on the r ated minim um
external temperature (on the geographical area, therefore) and
the rated delivery temperature (on the type of system, therefore)
and must be carefully calculated by the fitter using the following
formula:

Trova applicazione quale separ atore idr aulico tr a gener atore e
impianto quando quest’ultimo richiede portate più elevate di quelle
fornite dal generatore stesso; permette inoltre la gestione di impianti di riscaldamento misti ad alta e bassa temperatura (radiatori/ventilconvettori e pannelli radianti).
Può essere installato a incasso, quindi senza nessun ingombro
esterno, oppure a parete (pensile).

ADVERTENCIAS Y SEGURIDADES
El aparato producido en nuestras fábricas ha sido construido
prestando atención a cada uno de los componentes, con el
fin de proteger tanto al usuario como al instalador contra
eventuales accidentes . Por tanto , se aconseja al personal
cualificado que después de cada intervención efectuada en
el producto, preste particular atención a las conexiones
eléctricas, sobre todo en lo que se refiere a la parte pelada
de los cableados, que de ninguna forma tiene que salir del
terminal de conexión, para evitar falsos contactos.
Este manual de instrucciones es parte integrante del manual
de la caldera a la cual se conecta Connect MIX STAND ALONE.
Se remite a dicho man ual par a las AD VERTENCIAS
GENERALES, para las NORMAS FUND AMENTALES SOBRE
LA SEGURIDAD y para todas las informaciones específicas
sobre el funcionamiento de la caldera.
El presente manual de instrucciones, junto al del usuario,
constituye una parte integral del producto: hay que controlar
que esté siempre cerca del aparato, incluso en el caso de
cesión a otro propietario o usuario o bien de transferencia a
otra instalación. En el caso de que se dañe o se pierda, hay
que solicitar otro ejemplar al Ser vicio de Asistencia Técnica
de la zona.
En algunas partes del manual se utilizan los siguientes símbolos:
ATENCIÓN = par a acciones que deben realizarse con
cautela y una adecuada preparación
PROHIBIDO = para acciones que NUNCA se tienen que
efectuar
ADVERTENCIA PARA EL USU ARIO: este dispositiv o no
necesita ninguna regulación o control por parte del usuario.
Por tanto, está prohibido abr ir la tapa frontal del dispositiv o.
La instalación del aparato y cualquier otra intervención de
asistencia y de mantenimiento, tienen que ser efectuadas
por personal cualificado según las indicaciones prescritas
por las leyes y en conformidad a las normas vigentes.
Controlar periódicamente en la caldera la presión del agua en
la instalación y en caso de necesidad, hay que restablecer la
presión como se especifica en el manual de instrucciones.
Se aconseja que el instalador instruya al usuario sobre el
funcionamiento del aparato y sobre las normas
fundamentales de seguridad.
Si se verificasen frecuentes disminuciones de la presión, hay
que solicitar la intervención de personal profesionalmente
cualificado que comprobará el estado de su instalación.
Este aparato se tiene que destinar al uso para el cual ha
sido expresamente fabricado.
Se excluye cualquier responsabilidad contractual y
extracontractual del fabricante por daños causados a
personas, animales o cosas, por errores de instalación,
regulación, mantenimiento y usos impropios.

La evacuación de la válvula de seguridad del aparato se
tiene que conectar a un adecuado sistema de recogida y
evacuación. El constructor del aparato no se responsabiliza
de eventuales daños causados por la intervención de la
válvula de seguridad.
Durante la instalación hay que informar al usuario de que:
- en el caso de pérdidas de agua tiene que cerrar la
alimentación hídrica y avisar inmediatamente al Servicio
de Asistencia Técnica
- la presión de ejercicio de la instalación hidráulica varíe
entre 1 y 2 bar, y en cualquier caso no sea superior a 3 bar.
En caso de necesidad, debe avisar al personal
profesionalmente cualificado del Servicio de Asistencia
Técnica
- en el caso de que no se utilice el aparato durante un largo
periodo, se aconseja la intervención del Servicio de
Asistencia Técnica para efectuar al menos las siguientes
operaciones:
· colocar el interruptor principal del aparato y el general de la
instalación en “apagado”
· cerrar la llave del gas y del agua, tanto de la instalación de

CONEXIONES HIDRÁULICAS
Antes de efectuar las conexiones, hay que lavar todas las tuberías
perfectamente para eliminar eventuales residuos que podrían
comprometer el b uen funcionamiento del Connect MIX STAND
ALONE.

Las conexiones hidráulicas entre la caldera y la instalación se
tienen que realizar de la forma más adecuada, vease la figura .
Las conexiones se pueden realizar directamente utilizando las
conexiones hembras presentes en los tubos de impulsión y de
retorno del Connect MIX ST AND ALONE o con el montaje en el
lado de la instalación de eventuales válvulas de corte (no
suministradas).
Dichas válvulas resultan muy útiles en el momento del
mantenimiento porque permiten vaciar sólo el Connect MIX
STAND ALONE sin tener que v aciar también toda la instalación.

INSTALACIÓN DEL AP ARATO

(colgado) o bien “empotrado” y se puede instalar cerca de la
caldera o a distancia siempre que la longitud de las conexiones
hidráulicas y eléctr icas, entre la calder a y Connect MIX ST AND
ALONE, no supere los 15 metros.
El Conenct AP puede estar instalado en el e xterior, únicamente
en instalaciones empotradas.
CONEXIONES ELÉCTRICAS
Para efectuar la conexión eléctrica del Connect MIX STAND ALONE hay que acceder al Connect MIX STAND ALONE y a la tarjeta
de la caldera.

Cuando Connect MIX STAND ALONE se instala “en la pared”
tiene que estar sujetado con dos tornillos de fijación (suministrados)
adecuados al tipo de pared y al peso del aparato.
Se aconseja utilizar pasatubos que se tienen que colocar en el
lugar del montaje para limitar las infiltraciones de agua.
Los pasatubos no se suministran con el accesorio.

Cuando Connect MIX STAND ALONE se instala “empotrado” hay que:
- preveer las obras de albañilería realizando un hueco adecuado
a las dimensiones de Connect MIX STAND ALONE y al espesor
de la pared (valores indicativos mínimos expuestos en la figura)
- colocar Connect MIX STAND ALONE en su propia sede ,
recordándose de abrir las dos aletas de soporte para fijarlas mejor
- proteger los bordes laterales y la tapa frontal durante los trabajos
de empotramiento del accesorio.
Teniendo en cuenta que las cone xiones hidráulicas y eléctr icas
entre la instalación y Connect MIX ST AND ALONE se tienen que
realizar dentro del espacio destinado al accesorio, en primer lugar
hay que colocar Connect MIX STAND ALONE y luego los tubos de
entrada y salida de la instalación y la canalización de los cables
eléctricos.

CONEXIÓN DEL CONNECT MIX ST AND ALONE A LA
ALIMENTACIÓN ELÉCTRICA
Conecte el Connect MIX STAND ALONE a la alimentación eléctrica
(fase neutro-tierra) utilizando el cable suministrado.
Está absolutamente prohibido quitar la alimentación eléctrica
del Connect MIX ST AND ALONE de la calder a y a que el
fusible de la caldera no está dimensionado para las cargas
eléctricas del Connect MIX STAND ALONE.

CONEXIÓN TERMÓSTATOS AMBIENTE (TA)
Los TA de la instalación para baja (TA2+) y alta (TA1+) temperatura
se tienen que conectar directamente al Connect MIX ST AND
ALONE utilizando un cable con una sección mínima de 1 mm 2.

CONEXIÓN A LA CALDERA
Conecte el TA de la tarjeta del Connect MIX ST AND ALONE al
mammut TA de la calder a utilizando el cab le suministrado (véase
el esquema eléctrico expuesto en el manual de instrucciones para
el instalador de la específica caldera).
PROGRAMACIÓN DE LA INST ALACIÓN ALTA
TEMPERATURA
En el caso de alimentación fase-fase, hay que verificar con un
tester cual de los dos cables tiene un potencial mayor respecto
a la tierra y conectarlo a L, y de la misma forma hay que conectar
el otro cable a N.
Programe el selector de temperatura calefacción de la caldera
con el valor deseado para la instalación alta temperatura.
Para alimentaciones sin toma de tierra, hay que utilizar un
transformador de aislamiento con un secundario fijado en la tierra.
TERMORREGULACIÓN
Es obligatorio:
- Utilizar un interruptor magnetotérmico omnipolar y un
seccionador de línea en conformidad a las Normas CEI-EN
60335-1 (apertura de los contactos de al menos 3,5mm,
categoría III )
- Utilizar los cables con una sección de 1,5 mm2, respetando la
conexión L (F ase) - N (Neutro)
- El amperaje del interruptor tiene que ser adecuado a la
potencia eléctrica de la caldera, según los datos técnicos
para verificar la potencia eléctrica del modelo instalado
- Conectar el aparato a una eficaz instalación de tierra
- Proteger la accesibilidad a la toma de corriente después de la
instalación
La termorregulación funciona sólo con la sonda exterior conectada,
por tanto una vez instalada hay que conectar la sonda exterior a
las correspondientes conexiones previstas en el terminal de
conexión de la tarjeta (S.EXT - fig. 8).
De esta forma se activa la función de TERMORREGULACIÓN.
Elección de la curva de compensación
La curva de compensación de la calefacción tiene la función de
mantener una temperatura teórica de 20°C en el ambiente para
temperaturas exteriores que varíen entre +20°C y –20°C. La
elección de la curva depende de la temperatura exterior mínima
de proyecto (por tanto de la localidad geográfica) y de la temperatura de alimentación del proyecto (por tanto del tipo de instalación)
y tiene que ser calculada por el instalador con atención y según la
siguiente fórmula:
Se prohíbe el uso de los tubos del gas y del agua para la puesta
a tierra del aparato.
El fabricante no se responsabiliza de eventuales daños causados
por la falta de puesta a tierra o por el incumplimiento de todo lo
expuesto en los esquemas eléctricos.

La selección del KT se tiene que efectuar utilizando el trimmer
que está en la tarjeta.
La correspondencia entre KT la posición del trimmer se indica en
el gráfico de la fig. 12.
PRIMERA PUESTA EN SERVICIO
Antes de poner en marcha Connect MIX STAND ALONE hay que
verificar la correcta ejecución de las conexiones hidráulicas y
eléctricas.

CONTROLES DESPUÉS DE LA INST ALACIÓN
Connect MIX STAND ALONE está pro visto de circuladores con 3
velocidades de regulación del caudal de impulsión.
Hay que elegir la velocidad oportuna según las características
específicas de las instalaciones.

Verificar que la instalación de calef acción esté bajo presión
Verificar la inter vención del interr uptor general de la instalación
Verificar la estanqueidad de los circuitos hidráulicos
Verificar la precisión de las cone xiones eléctr icas
En instalaciones con válvula mezcladora, se debe comprobar
la correcta apertura y cierre de la misma.
En el caso de que algún controlo tuviese un resultado negativo,
no hay que poner en funcionamiento la instalación.
EVENTUAL DESBLOQUEO DE LAS BOMBAS
Si después de un largo periodo de inactividad los circuladores se
bloqueasen, hay que desenroscar los tapones anteriores y hacer
girar el árbol del motor de los circuladores utilizando un
destornillador.
Efectuar la operación con extrema cautela para no dañar los
componentes.
LIMPIEZA

TEMPERATURA
La función se pone en marcha si la temperatura detectada por la
sonda de alimentación disminuye por debajo de 5°C.
En esta fase se genera una solicitud de calor y se activa el circulador
del circuito de baja temperatura durante 15 minutos.
Antes de cualquier operación de limpieza del Connect MIX STAND
ALONE, hay que desconectar la alimentación eléctrica colocando
el interruptor general en “apagado”.
La limpieza de los paneles se tiene que efectuar con paños
húmedos, con agua y jabón.
En el caso de que haya manchas tenaces, mojar el paño con una
mezcla al 50% de agua y alcohol desnaturado o con productos

El circulador se activa cada 24 horas de parada durante un periodo específicos.
Una vez terminada la limpieza hay que secar todo perfectamente.

Hidraulikus váltóként működik a kazán és a fűtési rendszer között,

A jelen kézikönyv a Használati kézikönyvvel együtt szerves
részét képezi a terméknek: győződjön meg arról, hogy az
mindig a rendszer mellett található, tulajdonos, illetve
felhasználó váltás, és másik berendezésre szerelés esetén
is. Annak sérülése vagy eltűnése esetén kérjen egy új
példányt a márkaszerviztől.
Időszakosan ellenőrizze a kazánban a víznyomást, szükség
esetén állítsa be azt a Használati kézikönyvben leírtak szerint.
Ha gyakori nyomásesést tapasztalna, kérje megfelelően
képzett szakember beavatkozását, aki a berendezés állapotát
ellenőrizni fogja.
A berendezés beszerelését és minden egyéb javítási vagy
karbantartási beavatkozást képzett szakembernek kell
elvégeznie a törvényi utasítások és az érvényben lévő
szabályok értelmében.

A beszerelést végző szakembernek tájékoztatnia kell a
felhasználót a berendezés működéséről és az alapvető
biztonsági szabályokról.
A berendezést annak rendeltetése szerint kell használni. A
gyártó minden szerződésbeli és szerződésen kívüli
felelősségtől elhárítódik emberek, állatok vagy tárgyak által,
beszerelési, beállítási, karbantartási hibák és nem megfelelő
használat által okozott károk esetén.
Miután eltávolította a csomagolást, ellenőrizze tartalmának
épségét és teljességét. Hiány vagy sérülés esetén forduljon
a terméket értékesítő viszonteladóhoz.
A berendezés biztonsági szelepének elvezetőcsövét
megfelelő gyűjtő- és ürítőrendszerhez kell csatlakoztatni. A
berendezés gyártója nem felelős a biztonsági szelep
beavatkozásából adódó esetleges károkért.
A beszerelés folyamán a felhasználót tájékoztatni kell az
alábbiakról:
- Vízszivárgás esetén zárja el a bejövő vízcsapot, s
késedelem nélkül értesítse a beüzemelő márkaszervizt.
- A hidraulikus berendezés üzemi nyomása 1 és 2 bar közötti,
de semmiképpen nem magasabb 3 barnál. Szükség esetén
kérje a márkaszerviz képzett szakemberének
beavatkozását.
- A berendezés hosszú idejű üzemen kívül helyezésekor
tanácsos a szolgáltató Márkaszerviz beavatkozása az
alábbi eljárások elvégzésére:

- Állítsa a készülék főkapcsolóját „kikapcsolt” helyzetbe.
- Zárja el a gáz- és a vízcsapokat, úgy a fűtőrendszer, mint a
használati melegvíz oldalon.
- Fagyveszély esetén ürítse le a fűtési és a használati melegvíz
rendszert.
- A készülék karbantartását évente egyszer el kell végezni, a
márkaszervizzel megtervezve azt.

Mielőtt elvégzi a bekötéseket, minden csőrendszert alaposan meg
kell tisztítani az esetleges lerakódások eltávolítása érdekében,
amelyek megakadályozhatják a Connect MIX STAND ALONE
megfelelő működését.
Veszélyes az elektromos készülékek vagy egységek
használata (kapcsolók, háztartási berendezések, stb.), ha
gáz vagy égéstermék szaga érezhető. Gázszivárgás esetén
szellőztesse ki a helyiséget az ablakok és ajtók kinyitásával;
zárja el a gáz csapot; s késedelem nélkül kérje a márkaszerviz
képzett szakemberének beavatkozását!

A hidraulikus bekötéseket a kazán és a berendezés felé ésszerű
módon kell elvégezni az ábra szerint.
Ne érintse meg a berendezést mezítláb és vizes vagy nedves
testrészekkel!
A bekötéseket közvetlenül el lehet végezni a Connect MIX STAND
ALONE előremenő és visszatérő csövein található
anyacsatlakozók segítségével, vagy a berendezés oldalán történő,
esetleges elzárócsapok közbeiktatásával (nem tartozék).
Tisztítás előtt áramtalanítsa a berendezést és a kezelőpanel
főkapcsolóját helyezze „OFF” állásba!
Tilos a biztonsági vagy szabályozási egységeket átállítani a
gyártó beleegyezése és utasítása nélkül!
Ezek a csapok nagyon hasznosak a karbantartás során, mert
lehetővé teszik kizárólag a Connect MIX STAND ALONE leürítését
anélkül, hogy a teljes berendezést le kellene üríteni.
Ne húzza, szakítsa vagy tekerje a berendezésből induló
elektromos vezetékeket, még akkor sem, ha az nem
csatlakozik az elektromos áramkörhöz!
Ellenőrizze, hogy a kazán tágulási tartálya a berendezés
méreteinek megfelelő legyen.

Miután beszerelte a Connect MIX STAND ALONE -t, annak
belsejében kell folytatni a két, alapkészletben szállított cső
beszerelésével (a hozzátartozó tömítéssel, mely összeköti a
készüléket a kazán előremenő és visszatérő csatlakozásaival.
Tilos a berendezés helyiségének légnyílásait bedugaszolni
vagy leszűkíteni!
Tilos gyúlékony anyagokat a berendezés helyiségében

miután a két szárnyat kinyitottuk a stabilabb rögzítés érdekében.
- A szélső oldalak és a központi fedél megóvása az egység
besüllyesztési munkálatai alatt
Mivel a hidraulikus és elektromos bekötéseknek a rendszer és a
Connect MIX STAND ALONE között magában az egység által
elfoglalt térben kell megvalósulniuk, ezért először a Connect MIX
STAND ALONE -t kell elhelyezni, majd a rendszer bemenő és
kimenő csöveit és az elektromos vezetékek elosztó hálózatát.

Fázis-fázis tápegység esetén műszer segítségével ellenőrizze,
hogy a két vezeték közül melyben mérik a nagyobb feszültséget
a földeléshez képest, majd csatlakoztassa azt az L-hez, s ugyanígy
csatlakoztassa a fennmaradó vezetéket az N-hez.
Állítsa be a kazán futoköri víz homérséklet szabályzó
potenciométerbol a magas homérsékletu futokör eloremeno víz
értékét.
Ingadozó áramellátás esetén, mivel azok nem földeltek,
transzformátor használata szükséges, melynek szekundere
földelt.
Kötelező:
- A szabványoknak megfelelő többpólusú megszakító használata
( a megszakítók nyílása min 3,5 mm, kategória III). A kábelek
keresztmetszete legalább 1,5 mm, a fázis nulla polaritás
betartásával.
- Szakaszkábelek használata ≥ 1,5mm2 az L (fázis) –N (nulla)
csatlakozás figyelembevételével
- A megszakító amperfelvételének meg kell felelnie a kazán
elektromos teljesítményének; ellenőrizze a műszaki adatokat a
beszerelt modell elektromos teljesítményének ellenőrzéséhez
- Megfelelően földelt berendezéshez csatlakoztassa a készüléket
- Ügyeljen az áramköri csatlakozó elérhetőségére a beszerelés
után

Csak a külső érzékelő csatlakoztatása esetén működik. Emiatt a
telepítés után csatlakoztassa a külső érzékelőt a megfelelő helyre
a panelon (S.EXT - fig. 8). Ez engedélyezi a hőszabályozási
funkciót.
A jelleggörbe kiválasztása
A fűtési jelleggörbe +20.C - 20 .C közötti külső hőmérséklet esetére
20 °C-os elméleti hőmérséklet tart. A görbe kiválasztása a tervezett
minimális külső hőmérséklettől (vagyis a földrajzi elhelyezkedéstől)
és a tervezett előremenő hőmérséklettől (vagyis a készülék
típusától) függ. A görbe kiszámítását a felszerelést végző szakember
a következő képlettel teheti meg:

A gyártó nem felelős a földelés hiányából vagy az elektromos
ábrákon feltüntetettek figyelmen kívül hagyásából adódó esetleges

pentru a fiu utilizat cu toate tipurile de centrale termice. Separand
apa din generator si instalatie, cea din urma fiind caracterizata de
rate de debit ridicate, ce le depasesc pe cele dezvoltate de catre
generator.
De asemenea, poate fi folosita pentru managementul sistemelor
de incalzire mixte, cu temperaturi ridicate si joase (radiatoare, ventilo convectoare, panouri radiante).

boilerului cu care vine insotit Connect MIX STAND ALONE.
Consultati cel de-al doilea manual pentru AVERTIZARILE GENERALE, pentru REGULILE FUNDAMENTALE DE SIGURANTA;
pentru informatiile specifice referitoare la functionarea boilerului.
Centralele fabricate in fabricile noastre sunt concepute cu
atentie pentru fiecare componenta individuala, pentru a
proteja atat utilizatorul cat si instalatorul, de eventualele accidente.
De aceea, rugam personalul calificat sa acorde o atentie
deosebita conexiunior electrice la finalizarea fiecarei
interventii asupra produsului, in special in ceea ce priveste
piesele de schimb si conectorii. Acestea nu trebuie sa iasa
niciodata in afara panoului de conexiuni, pentru a evita astfel
orice posibil contact cu componentele aflate sub tensiune.
In anumite capitole ale acestui manual sunt utilizate simbolurile:
ATENTIE = pentru actiunile care necesita o atentie speciala
si o pregatire corespunzatoare
INTERZIS = pentru actiunile ale caror estecutare ESTE

Atat manualul de instructiuni cat si manualul utilizatorului
sunt parti integrante ale produsului. Asigurati-va ca acestea
vor insoti intotdeauna aparatul, chiar si in cazul vanzarii unui
alt proprietar sau utilizator, sau in cazul transferului la o alta
locatie. Daca acestea se deterioreaza sau se pierd, solicitati
o copie de la centrul service local.

La indepartarea amabalajului, verificati integritatea si
existenta tuturor compoentelor. In cazul in care exista discrepante, contactati dealerul carea furnizat echipamentul.
Golirea echipamentului prin supapa de siguranta trebuie sa
se faca utilizand un sistem adecvate de colectare si evacuare producatorul acestui echipament nu este responsabil de
eventualele daune provocate de deschiderea supapai de
siguranta.
In timpul instalarii, utilizatorul trebuie informat ca:
- In cazul unor scurgeri de apa, trebuie sa opreasca sursa
de alimentare cu apa si sa contacteze imediat centrul
service.
- Presiunea de lucru petru sistemul de conducte trebuie sa
fie cuprinsa intre 1 si 2 bari, si nu trebuie sa depaseasca
3 bari. Acolo unde este necesar, trebuie contactat
personalul calificat de la centrul service local, pentru
asistenta tehnica.
- Daca centrala nu va fi folosita pe o perioada lunga de
timp, recomandam contactarea centrului service, pentru
executarea urmatoarelor operatiuni:
· Mutati intreruptorul principal ale echipamentului si
intreprincipal al intregii instalatii, la pozitia “off” (inchis).
· Inchideti robinetele liniei de apa sia liniei de combustibil,

atat pentru sistemul de incalzire cat si pentru cel de apa
calda.
· Evacuati sistemul de incalzire si cel de apa calda, daca
riscul de a ingheta.
- Operatiuni de intretinere ale centralei trebuie executate
cel putin o data pe an, si trebuie stabilite programari la
intervale regulate cu centrul service.
Deoarece conductele si conexiunile electrice dintre sistem si
unitatea Connect MIX STAND ALONE trebuie sa se incadreze in
dimensiunile totale ale dispozitivului, pozitionati intai unitatea
Connect MIX STAND ALONE, apoi conductele de intrare si iesire
ale sistemului si in final cablurile electrice.

electrice, precum intreruptoare, aparate electrocasnice, etc.,

In cazul in care apare o scurgere de gaz, aerisiti camera
deschizand ferestrele si usile, opriti robinetul liniei de gaz,
apoi contactati imediat personalul calificat de la centrul
service, pentru asistenta tehnica.
Inainte de realizarea conexiunilor, toate conductele trebuie bine
curatate la interior pentru a indeparta orice reziduu, care ar putea
compromite functionarea corespunzatoare a unitatii Connect MIX
STAND ALONE.

Conexiunile conductelor la centrala si la sistem trebuie facute
rational, asa cum este prezentat in figura.
Conexiunile directe pot fi executate folosind cuplaje tip mama pe
conductele de tur si retur ale unitatii Connect MIX STAND ALONE,
sau robinete (nefurnizate) montate pe linii, pentru inchiderea
acestora.
Aceste robinete sunt foarte utile la executarea operatiunilor de
intretinere, deoarece permit evacuarea unitatii Connect MIX STAND
ALONE, fara a fi necesara golirea intregului sistem.
Nu atingeti centrala atunci cand sunteti descult sau cand
partile ale corpului dumneavoastra sunt ude sau umede.
Inainte de curatare, deconectati centrala de la sursa de alimentare, mutand intreruptorul instalatiei si intreruptorul
principal de pe panoul de control la pozitia “OFF”.
Orice modificare a dispozitivelor de reglare si siguranta, fara
autorizatie sau instructiuni de la producator, este strict
interzisa.
Nu trageti, deconectati, sau indoiti cablurile electrice care
ies din centrala, chiar si in cazurile in care aceasta este
deconectata de la sursa de alimentare.
Verificati daca vasul de expansiune al centralei are
capacitatea corespunzatoare dimensiunii sistemului.

Dupa ce unitatea Connect MIX STAND ALONE a fost instalata,
cele 2 rampe de racordare (impreuna cu etansarile acestora) ce
se conecteaza la centrala (vedeti figura) trebuie conectate la unitatea
Connect MIX STAND ALONE.
Nu blocati si nu reduceti dimensiunea orificiilor de ventilatie
in camera in care este instalata unitatea.
Nu depozitati containere sau substante inflamabile in camera in care este instalat echipamentul.

Pentru executarea conexiunilor electrice ale unitatii Connect MIX
STAND ALONE, este necesar accesul la panoul de terminale intern

Conectati dispozitivu CONNECT MIX STAND ALONE la reteaua
electrica (faza-nul-impamantare) utilizand cablele din dotarea
aparatului.
Este interzisa alimentarea aparatului CONNECT MIX
STAND ALONE de la panoul principal al centralei termice
deoarece siguranta fuzibila a centralei nu este
dimensionata pentru a putea suporta sarcinile electrice
provenite de la CONNECT MIX STAND ALONE.

Atunci cand unitatea Connect MIX STAND ALONE este montata
pe perete, aceasta trebuie asigurata cu doua suporturi extensibile
(furnizate) corespunzatoare pentru tipul de perete si greutatea
echipamentului.
Recomandam folosirea unor mansoane de sustinere tevi, montate in perete, pentru a limita infiltrarea apei.
Mansoanele pentru tevi nu se livreaza cu unitatea.

Temostatele de comanada a circuitelor de joasa (TA2+) si inalta

- Amplasati unitatea Connect MIX STAND ALONE in pozitie, si nu
uitti sa extindeti cele doua suporuri, pentru o fixare sigura.
- Protejati lateralele unitatii atunci cand o amplasati in nisa.

Atunci cand se foloseste o sursa de alimentare faza-faza, folositi
un tester pentru a determina care dintre cele are potential mai
mare comparativ cu legarea la pamant si apoi conectati-l la

SETAREA
Masurile urmatoare sunt obligatorii:
- Trebuie folosit un intreruptor de decuplare, cu multiple contacte
pentru deconectarea liniei, conform standarului CEI-EN 603351 (contact deschis la cel putin 3,5 mm, categorie III).
- Folositi cabluri cu o sectiune de 1,5 mm2 si respectati conexiunile
L (faza) – N (Nul).
- Amperajul intreruptorului trebuie sa fie corespunzator
caracteristicilor electrice ale centralei – consultati datele tehnice,
pentru a verifica caracteristicile electrice ale modelului instalat.
- Conectati echipamentul la un sistem de legare la pamant
corespunzator.
- Priza sistemului electric trebuie sa fie inaccesibila dupa
instalare.
La termoregolazione funziona solo con sonda esterna collegata,
pertanto una volta installata, collegare la sonda esterna alle apposite connessioni previste sulla morsettiera della scheda (S.EXT
- fig. 8).
In tal modo si abilita la funzione di TERMOREGOLAZIONE.
Alegerea curbei de compensare
Curba de compensare a temperaturii de incalzire mentine o temperatura teoretica de 20°C in interior, cat timp temperatura externa
este cuprinsa intre +20°C si –20°C. Alegerea curbei depinde de
gama de temperaturi externe minime (deci de asezarea geografica) si de gama de temperaturi de pe turul instalatiei (deci de tipul
de instalatie) si se calculeaza cu atentie de catre instalator, utilizand
urmatoarea formula:
Este strict interzisa folosirea tevilor de gaz pentru legarea la
pamant a echipamentului.
Producatorul nu isi asuma nici o responsabilitate pentru
eventualele defectiuni, provocate in urma unei legari la pamant
necorespunzatoare sau datorita nerespectarii schemelor de
conectare.

Selectarea valorii KT trebuie efectuata actionand asupra trimmerului de pe placa electronica.
Corespondenta dintre valoarea KT si pozitia trimmer-ului este indicata in graficul din fig. 12.

Inainte de a porni unitatea Connect MIX STAND ALONE, verificati
daca toate conexiunile electrice si cele ale conductelor au fost
executate corect.
In timpul testarii, temperaturile pot fi verificate cu ajutorul celor
doua termometre.

circulatie, prevazute cu sistemde control cu trei viteze.
Selectati viteza optima, care sa corespunda caracteristicilor
specifice ale sistemelor dumneavoastra.
ELIBERAREA POMPELOR, DACA ESTE NECESAR
Daca unitatea a fost inactiva o perioada lunga de timp si unitatile
de circulatie sunt blocate, desfaceti capacele frontale si rotiti axul
motorului unitatii de circulatie, folosind o surubelnita.
Executati aceasta procedura cu atentie, pentru a nu deteriora
componentele.

FUNCTIA ANTIINGHET PENTRU CIRCUITUL DE INCALZIRE DE
JOASA TEMPERATURA
Functia antiinghet porneste daca temperatura inregistrata de sonda de pe tur scade sub 5°C. In aceasta faza se genereaza o cerere
de caldura si se activeaza timp de 15 minute pompa de circulatie
de pe circuitul de joasa temperatura.
FUNCTIA ANTIBLOCAJ POMPA DE CIRCULATIE
Pompa de circulatie se activeaza timp de 10 secunde la fiecare 24
ore de pauza.

CURAT
Inainte de a curata unitatea Connect MIX STAND ALONE dconectati
sursa principala de alimentare, mutand intreruptorul principal la
pozitia “OFF”.
Panourile trebuie curatate cu o carpa curata, folosind apa si sapun.
Daca exista pete dificile, folositi o carpa imbibata in amestec de
50% apa si sprit denaturat, sau folositi produse de curatat.
Dupa curatare, uscati bine.
Nu folositi produse abrazive, benzen sau tricloroetilena.

overensstemmelse med:
CONNECT MIX ST AND ALONE er en udligningsenhed, der kan
anvendes på alle k edler, hv or den udligner tr ykket i
udligningsenhed og anlæg, hvor sidstnævnte karakteriseres ved
stort flow, der overstiger det udskilleren frembringer. Den kan også
anvendes til b landede anlægstyper med la v- og hø jtemperatur
(radiator og gulvvarme).
CONNECT MIX STAND ALONE kan indbygges i mur, og er dermed
mindre synlig, eller den kan vægmonteres.

BEMÆRK:
Brugeren skal ikke foretage nogen indstilling eller kontrol af
CONNECT MIX STAND ALONE.
Kabinettet må derfor ikke åbnes.
Kontroller jævnligt vandtrykket i anlægget. Påfyld om
nødvendigt vand, som anført i k edlens vejledning.
Hvis vandtrykket falder ofte, kontaktes servicefirma.
Ukorrekt installation kan f orårsage skade på personer , dyr
eller ting. Fabrikanten kan ikke gøres ansvarlig for evt. skade
der forårsages p.g.a. ukyndiges indgriben i kedlen.
Der må ikke foretages ændringer af kedlens sikkerheds- og
automatik anordninger.
Kontroller jævnligt at anlæggets vandtryk er mellem 1 og 1,5
bar. Påfyld evt. vand.
Hvis kedlen skal være afbrudt i længere tid foretages
følgende:

Kondensafløbet må ikk e tilstoppes eller b lokeres.

autoriseret servicefirma.
Der må kun anvendes originale reservedele.
Det anbefales at tegne servicekontrakt med autoriseret
servicefirma.
Instruer brugeren i brug af kedlen.
Evt. indg riben i k edlen må kun f oretages af aut. montør. i
henhold til Gasreglementets regler .
Modifikationer på kedlens sikkerhedsanordninger må kun
foretages af importøren.

Kontroller at trykekspansionsbeholderen har den
nødvendige kapacitet.

Lad ikke børn betjene gask edlen.
EL-FORBINDELSE
Opbevar ikke brændbare eller let antændelige produkter i
kedlens opstillingsrum.
For montering af el-forbindelserne kræves adgang til CONNECT
MIX STAND ALONE og og kedlens print.
Ved mistanke om gasudslip (gaslugt):

Forbind MIX ST AND ALONE til strø mforsyningen (f ase/nul/jord)
med det medfølgende kabel.
Åbn omgående døre og vinduer for tilførsel af frisk luft.
Luk for gassen og tilkald ser vicemontør.
Strømforsyningen må ikke tilsluttes kedlen direkte, da kedlens
sikring ikke er tilpasset dette elforbrug.
INSTALLATION

indbygges i væg, og kan monteres i en afstand af max. 15 m fra
kedlen.
Connect MIX STAND ALONE må ikke monteres udendørs.

TA til lav- (TA2+) eller høj-temperatur (TA1+) anlæg forbindes direkte
til MIX STAND ALONE med et kabel med min. 1mm² adskillelse.

Fase/Jord/Nul f orbindelse skal f oretages k orrekt.
Følgende er ob ligatorisk:
- Der skal an vendes en 2-polet k ontakt som afbr yder, svarende til
CEI-EN 60335-1 standard (kontakt åbning mindst 3,5 mm, kat.III)
- Anvend kabler med en 1,5mm² adskillelse der respekterer L
(fase)
- N (Nul) forbindelse
- CONNECT MIX ST AND ALONE og k edlen skal f orsynes fra
samme fase,
- Der skal foretages korrekt jord forbindelse.

ALONE dimensioner (minimum indbygningsmål fremgår af

- Placer CONNECT MIX STAND ALONE, husk at an vende de to
støttebeslag, der sikrer bedre monter ing.
- Beskyt hjørnerne og f orsiden ved indbygningen.
Da rør- og elf orbindelserne mellem anlægget og CONNECT MIX
STAND ALONE moteres indenfor CONNECT MIX STAND ALONE
dimensioner, monteres CONNECT MIX STAND ALONE før el- og
rørforbindelserne f oretages.
Elektrisk beskyttelse IPX4D.
Gas eller v andrør må ikk e anvendes til jordf orbindelse.
Fabrikanten kan ikke gø res ansv arlig f or skader opstået som

RØRFORBINDELSER
Der er monteret en tre-trins pumpe i CONNECT MIX STAND ALONE.
Vælg trin ud fra anlæggets karakteristik.
Før installation af CONNECT MIX ST AND ALONE skal anlægget
være gennemskyllet og helt rent f or urenheder.

FRIGØRELSE AF PUMPEN HVIS NØDVENDIGT.
Hvis pumpen ikke har været aktiv i en længere periode, og pumpen
er blokeret, fjernes pumpens dæksel og motoren aktiveres med
en skruetrækker.
Vær yderst omhyggelig med ikke at beskadige komponenterne.
Rørforbindelserne foretages som vist på tegningen.
Rørene monteres direkte med m uffer på fremlø b og retur fra
CONNECT MIX STAND ALONE, der bør monteres haner (medfølger
ikke) på rørene.
Montering af haner på rø rene gøre v edligeholdelse lettere, da
CONNECT MIX STAND ALONE kan tømmes uden at tømme hele
anlægget.

VARME ANTI FROST FUNKTION FOR LAV TEMPERATUR
Funktionen er aktiv når den af fremlø bsføleren målte temper atur
falder til under 5°C. Der genereres et varmekald og lav temperatur
anlægs pumpen kører i 15 minutter.
PUMPE ANTI BLOKERINGSFUNKTION
Pumpen aktiveres i 10 sekunder hver 24. time.

Varmereguleringen fungerer kun når udefø ler er monteret, derf or
forbindes udefø leren efter installation til pr intets f orbindelser
(S.EXT - fig. 8).
Hermed er vejrkompensering mulig.
Valg af offset varme kurve
Offset varmekurven opretholder en teorisk rumtemperatur på 20
°C ved udetemperaturer i området fr a +20 °C til - 20 °C . Valget af
kurve afhænger af den forventede minimum ude temperatur og
den ønskede fremløbstemperatur afhængigt af anlægstype, og skal
omhyggeligt beregnes udfr a følgende formel:

Connect MIX STAND ALONE jest wyposażony w dwie pompy, których
charakterystykę przedstawiają poniższe schematy.
Przy pierwszym uruchomieniu i przynajmniej raz w roku, należy
sprawdzić rotację pomp. Podczas długich okresów nie użytkowania,
osadzanie zanieczyszczeń może zakłócić ich swobodną rotację.
Jeśli w strefie niskiej bądź wysokiej temperatury umieszczony jest
regulator przepływu (zawory termostatyczne, zawory strefowe),
lepiej jest zainstalować by pass w obiegu niskiej i wysokiej
temperatury na rozdzielaczu.

tienen que utilizar para el dimensionamento de las instalaciones y cuyas
prestaciones se muestran en el gráfico.
A Connect MIX STAND ALONE két keringető szivattyúval van felszerelve
melyeknek a paraméterei, amelyek a fűtőrendszerek tervezésénél
alkalmazandóak, a rajzon láthatóak.

circulatie, datele de performanta folosite pentru dimensionarea sistemului

CONNECT MIX ST AND ALONE har to pumper monteret. Anlægget
dimensioneres som vist i diagrammet.
Kontroller ved montering og mindst en gang om året at pumpen
kører frit. Det er nødvendigt, da pumpen kan tilstoppes af urenheder
specielt efter længere perioder med inaktivitet.
