This pretty, bright flat is located in Gessertshausen. It is divided into a spacious
entrance area with open kitchen and dining area for 4 persons, a bedroom with
a queen size bed and a closet, a bathroom with tub and shower, another
bedroom (sofa bed) and a living room with open fireplace (can be used after
consultation with the landlady, wood is provided). The balcony can be accessed
from the bedroom and the living room. A washing machine and a dryer are for
common use with the owner in the basement available. A car can be parked in
the yard (garage possible after consultation and an extra charge per month).
Internet is available and is included in the rent. The monthly rent is Euro 740.incl. all utilities. After departure of the tenant, the apartment is cleaned on
departure (Euro 25.-/hour). Pets are not allowed in the apartment; smoking is
only allowed on the balcony. Energy pass available, energy consumption 108,7
kwh (qma) incl. warm water, energy source is oil, year of construction 1981.
Hint: No smoking allowed in the property.
