The most recent final figures for maintenance works for No.11, which includes the state
rooms and offices and the No.10 flat, are:
2007-8 - £39,644
2008-9 - £37,022
2009-10 - £10,140
2010-11 - £32,651
This has covered the costs of essential maintenance work in the No.10 flat since May 2010
and has included:
Electrical works and plumbing;
Structural improvements;
General maintenance and restoration; and
Flooring.
No public money since May 2010 was spent on:
Bathroom appliances, furniture, fixture or fittings;
Wall furnishings; or
Kitchen appliances, furniture, furnishings or accessories.
