The purpose of this Master's Thesis is the analysis of the obligations and
responsibilities of the Promoter construction in the prevention of occupational hazards. In
order to do this, first of all we will try to define Promoter obligations in prevention, content

The work will be completed studying the administrative responsibilities, benefits
and civil charges. Jurisprudence on the subject is taken into account for the prospective
analysis.

El objeto del presente Trabajo Fin de Máster es el análisis de las obligaciones y
responsabilidades del promotor de obras de construcción en materia de prevención de
riesgos laborales. Para ello, en primer lugar se tratará de delimitar las obligaciones del
promotor en materia de prevención, su contenido y alcance. Para ello, será necesario

El trabajo se completará con el estudio de las responsabilidades administrativa, por
