Dear Parent:
Transportation is provided for students who are designated as “Transported Students” by the School District’s Busing Plan and who obey
the rules and regulations established by the State of Oregon, the School District, and First Student. Failure to follow the school bus
regulations listed on this form could result in the following consequences:


Bus driver issues citation. Copy of citation is submitted to the school’s principal.

A warning letter is sent home to the parent/guardian.

A minimum bus suspension of 5 school days and letter sent to parent/guardian.
Bus driver issues citation. Copy of citation is submitted to the school’s principal.
A minimum bus suspension of 20 school days and letter sent to parent/guardian.
Bus driver issues citation: Copy of citation is submitted to the school’s principal.
Suspension off the school bus for the remainder of school year and letter sent to parent/guardian.
Chronic offenders will be subject to loss of riding privileges at any time.
*For the protection of your students, they will be allowed to get on or off the bus at their designated stop ONLY!
*Any other arrangements need to be made IN WRITING, NO PHONE CALLS WILL BE ACCEPTED!
*Emergency Forms signed by the parents requesting students to get on or off the bus at another authorized stop, must include the
student’s name, the date, and the location of the stop.
*Kindergarten Students will need to be met at the bus stop by a designated person or can get off the bus with an older sibling. If there
is no one there to get them off of the bus they will not be dropped off but returned to their school or JCPD.

PUPILS BEING TRANSPORTED ARE UNDER THE AUTHORITY OF THE BUS DRIVER.
FIGHTING AND WRESTLING, OR BOISTEROUS ACTIVITY IS PROHIBITED ON THE BUS.
PUPILS SHALL USE THE EMERGENCY DOOR ONLY IN CASE OF EMERGENCY.
PUPILS SHALL BE ON TIME FOR THE BUS BOTH MORNING AND EVENING.
PUPILS SHALL NOT BRING ANIMALS, FIREARMS, WEAPONS, GLASS OR OTHER POTENTIALLY HAZARDOUS MATERIALS ON THE BUS.
PUPILS SHALL REMAIN SEATED WHILE THE BUS IS IN MOTION.
PUPILS MAY BE ASSIGNED SEATS BY THE BUS DRIVER.
WHEN NECESSARY TO CROSS THE ROAD, PUPILS SHALL CROSS IN FRONT OF THE BUS AS INSTUCTED BY THE BUS DRIVER.
PUPILS SHALL NOT EXTEND THEIR HANDS, ARMS OR HEADS THROUGH THE WINDOW.
PUPILS SHALL HAVE WRITTEN PERMISSION TO LEAVE THE BUS OTHER THAN AT HOME OR SCHOOL
PUPILS SHALL CONVERSE IN NORMAL TONES; LOUD OR VULGAR LANGUAGE IS PROHIBITED.
PUPILS SHALL NOT OPEN OR CLOSE WINDOWS WITHOUT PERMISSION OF THE DRIVER.
PUPILS SHALL KEEP THE BUS CLEAN, AND MUST REFRAIN FROM DAMAGING IT.
PUPILS SHALL BE COURTEOUS TO THE DRIVER, TO FELLOW PUPILS AND PASSERS-BY.
PUPILS WHO REFUSE TO OBEY PROMPTLY THE DIRECTIONS OF THE DRIVER OR REFUSE TO OBEY REGULATIONS MAY FORFEIT
THEIR PRIVILEGES TO RIDE THE BUS.
**STUDENTS NOT RETURNING THIS FORM WITHIN 2 SCHOOL DAYS MAY BE DENIED BUS TRANSPORTATION.

* Cualquier otro arreglo necesitara ser hecho por escrito. ¡LLAMADAS TELEFONICAS NO SERAN ACCEPTADAS!
* Formularios de Emergencia firmados por los padres solicitando que su estudiante se suba o baje del autobús en otra parada autorizada,
tiene que incluir el nombre del estudiante, la fecha, y la ubicación de la parada.
* Estudiantes del Kínder necesitaran que el adulto designado este presente o pueden bajarse del autobús con un hermano mayor.
Si no hay nadie allí para bajarlos del autobús, no podrán bajarse y serán regresados a la escuela o a la Estación de Policía de Junction City.

LOS ALUMOS NO LLEVARAN ANIMALES, ARMAS DE FUEGO, ARMAS, VIDRIO U OTROS MATERIALES POTENCIALMENTE PERLIGROSOS EN EL AUTOBUS.
LOS ALUMNOS PERMANERCERAN SENTADOS MIENTRAS EL BUS ESTA EN MOVIENTO.
LOS ALUMUNOS PUEDEN SER ASIGNADOS ASIENTOS POR EL CONDUCTOR.
CUANDO SEA NECESARIO CRUCAR LA CALLE, LOS ALUMNOS DEBEN DE CRUZAR POR EN FRENTE DEL AUTOBUS COMO INSTRUIDO POR EL
CONDUCTOR DEL AUTOBUS.
ALUMNOS NO SACARAN SUS MANOS, BRAZOS O CABEZA A TRAVEZ DE LA VENTANA.
LOS ALUMNOS TENDRAN QUE TENER UN PERMISO POR ESCRITO PARA SALIR DEL AUTOBUS QUE NO SEA EN EL HOGAR O LA ESCUELA.
LOS ALUMNOS CONVERSARAN EN TONOS NORMALES; LENGUAGE FUERTE O VULGAR ESTA PROEVIDO.
LOS ALUMONOS NO ABRIRAN O CERARAN LA VENTANAS SIN PERMISO DEL CONDUCTOR.
LOS ALUMONS MANTENDRAN EL AUTOBUS LIMPIO, Y TIENEN QUE ABSTENER DE DANARLO.
LOS ALUMNOS SERAN CORTES CON EL CONDUCTOR, A COMPANEROS, Y A COMPANEROS TRANSITANDO.
LOS ALUMNOS QUE SE NIEGEN A OBEDECER IMEDIATAMENTE LAS DIRECCIONES DEL CONTUCTOR O DE NEGARSE A OBEDECER LAS REGLAS
PUEDEN PERDER SUS PRIVILEJIO DE IR EN EL AUTOBUS. RENUNCIARAN SUS PRIVILEJIOS DE IR EN EL BUS.
