This paper tries to argue how a company that has been installed in Spain just 15 years ago,
Florette Iberica SL, has been able to successfully overcome one of the major recessions
experienced in the country. Through this work, the characteristics of the company and the
main reasons why it has not stopped growing in its short existence will be exposed.

In the first part of the work environment, corporate strategy and its mission, vision and values
it is analysed. There will also be the point of view of one of his workers who serves on the
management of the company. The second part will analyse the economic and financial part of
Florette Ibérica SL through information obtained from their balance sheets 2009-2013. The
conclusions of the study show us the privileged position of the company in the market and its
constant evolution and growth
