Ambos egresados de Zamorano mantienen un alto nivel de compromiso hacia

responsabilidad hacia el desempeño del trabajo encomendado. Operativamente
siendo específicos en la planeación, ejecución y análisis de sus actividades.
Dentro de las muchas virtudes como personas y como profesionales, se han
caracterizado por involucrarse de lleno en el desempeño de su cargo; mostrando
una alta capacidad de receptibilidad (actitud abierta al aprendizaje) y a adaptarse
a las condiciones laborales (trabajo de campo). Además de proyectar seguridad y
liderazgo.
Durante el proceso de inducción que han tenido (Perú, Guatemala y sus países
base), han obtenido la base del conocimiento en el área técnico del cultivo de
camarón y básicamente el manejo del alimento balanceado, que a su vez se ve
reflejado en una mayor confianza y seguridad en su actuar laboral. Ambos son aun
muy jóvenes, pero estoy seguro que en corto tiempo su capacidad y habilidades les
permitirán crecer profesionalmente.
Como parte del equipo de trabajo de Alicorp 1Nicovita me siento muy satisfecho con
el trabajo que hasta el momento han realizado los egresados de Zamorano.
