This coloring book is a wonderful way to share with our young people the importance of living in a litter-free environment...I think we all want this... hence the project. Please sit and share with your child/children the part we all play in the success of having a clean community. We CAN make a difference when we work together and have a shared vision. This booklet is a result of that sharing and commitment to the environment including, of course, wildlife. Special thanks to the following for working on this coloring book project and bringing it to completion: Christy Burton and Mark Anton, the originators of this project; Fernando Magana for his gift of artwork and design; Joanna Barnett for creating the bookplate page and helping with the editing and Spanish translation; and to Amelia Bice for working on the Spanish translation and proofreading. Thanks are also extended to Dr. Sandy McGehee, Director of Educational Services with The Brownsville Herald, for coordinating this entire endeavor. Many, many thanks, one and all. A labor of love...Enjoy!
