MATERIAL EVENT Ignacio Moreno Hernández, leaves his position

FERSA ENERGÍAS RENOVABLES, S.A. in compliance with the provisions of section
82 of the Securities Market Act 24/1988, hereby announces so that it may be lodged in
the public records of the Spanish Securities and Investment Board (CNMV) the
following:
MATERIAL EVENT
Ignacio Moreno Hernández, leaves his position as the Managing Director
of the Company.
Ignacio Moreno Hernández, hitherto the Managing Director of FERSA ENERGÍAS
RENOVABLES, S.A. leaves his position and all his executive functions in Grupo
FERSA.
His functions will be taken over by Executive Directors José María Roger Ezpeleta and
Vidal Amatriain Méndez.
