Crocker Amazon Park Football Field (near the corner of Geneva and Moscow)
Please arrive 15 minutes early for warm up. Please bring water and snacks for your poet-athletes.
This winter your student participated in the SportSmarts afterschool program with America SCORES Bay Area and
UCSF. SportSmarts uses soccer to teach students conflict resolution and anger management skills. On Saturday,
March 3rd, students will showcase the “sport smarts” they learned this season by playing a soccer tournament, performing original skits and working together to resolve conflict on the field without referees. We invite you to come
support your team and promote peace through soccer!

Este invierno su estudiante participó en el programa después de la escuela de SportSmarts con America SCORES Bay
Area y UCSF. SportSmarts usa fútbol para enseñar los estudiantes como resolver los conflictos y manejar el enojo. El
sábado, 3 de Marzo, los estudiantes demostrarán los “SportSmarts” (inteligencia de deportes) que aprendieron esta
temporada jugando en un torneo de fútbol, actuando en obras originales, y trabajando juntos para resolver los conflictos en la cancha sin árbitros. ¡Les invitamos que vengan a apoyar su equipo y promocionar el paz con el fútbol!
