- Experiencia en el ámbito de la Unión Europea comenzó en Bruselas en la
Comisión Europea, en la DG Presupuestos y en la DG Pesca.
- Ya en Andalucía experiencia en proyectos europeos en temas de cooperación
exterior y en gestión de Proyectos Europeos y del Plan Nacional de I+D+i.
- En ONECO trabajo en el departamento de proyectos europeos donde se ha
especializado en programas de Educación, Empleo, Juventud y Cultura, participando
directamente en la preparación, redacción y seguimiento de los proyectos.

QUIENES SOMOS

Definición
ICTBELL es un proyecto de transferencia de innovación
financiado por la Unión Europea en el marco de Leonardo da
Vinci, dentro del Programa de Aprendizaje Permanente.
ICTBELL investiga en el campo de la dislexia y el
aprendizaje de idiomas con el propósito final de crear un
curso especialmente diseñado para el aprendizaje del inglés
comercial basado en las TIC y un entorno de aprendizaje
virtual (EAV).
ICTBELL fomenta un ambiente de enseñanza virtual en el
que los estudiantes disléxicos podrán progresar a través de los
contenidos del aprendizaje multimedia y la tutoría online.

 Transferencia de tecnologías innovadoras

 Las nuevas tecnologías
proporcionan las herramientas para
reformar el contenido y los procesos de enseñanza de idiomas.
 La implementación
de estas nuevas tecnologías facilita la
integración del contenido, la forma, distintos enfoques y, por tanto,
proporciona a los alumnos diferentes posibilidades para el aprendizaje
autónomo.
 Permiten a los estudiantes comunicarse
y realizar
investigaciones online que es muy importante para el aprendizaje y
las actividades profesionales.
 El aprendizaje de idiomas es un complejo proceso creativo,
imaginativo y constructivo, que depende de la colaboración social y
cultural. Si la informática se utiliza para humanizar y mejorar este
proceso, en lugar de sólo intentan automatizarlo, podemos ayudar a
sacar lo mejor de la creatividad y la imaginación del individuo
disléxicos.

 Los resultados
de los cuestionarios realizados en
los seis países indican que los disléxicos tienen
problemas diferentes que no disléxicos a la hora de
estudiar y con el uso de una lengua extranjera.
 El mayor problema para los estudiantes
disléxicos es aprender palabras y la pronunciación
correcta. La mayoría de los profesores ignorar estas
dificultades y plantean como dificultad principal el
aprendizaje de la gramática.
 Otra gran
dificultad para los estudiantes disléxicos
en el aprendizaje y uso de una lengua extranjera es la
escritura.

 Sugerencias para la creación del curso online:
El programa hace hincapié principalmente en la escritura y el uso
de reglas gramaticales.
No se les enseña gramática directamente sino que los estudiantes
deben obtener ayuda para saber cómo utilizar gramática a través
de ejemplos apropiados y ejercicios.
El método de aprendizaje online proporciona una oportunidad
para que los estudiantes disléxicos reciban apoyo en el
aprendizaje de nuevas palabras y de la pronunciación correcta.
 Recomendaciones metodológicas:
diccionario online con pronunciación audio,
emplear un corrector automatico,
ejercicios y lecciones individuals combinadas con ejercicios
interactivos,
empleo de música
