OUI-UDUAL-CINDA
2. Las instituciones harán el mayor esfuerzo
para desarrollar proyectos conjuntos.
En la ciudad de Québec, Canadá, el día 21 de
agosto de 1991, los señores Lauro Ribas Zimmer,
Bruno Schlemper Junior, Iván Lavados Montes, en
representación de la Organización Universitaria
Interameri~ana (OUI),de la Unión de Universidades
de América Latina (UDUAL) y del Centro
Interuniversitario de Desarrollo (CINDA)
respectivamente, acuerdan lo siguiente:
En esta perspectiva pondrán en marcha a la
brevedad el proyecto "Gestión de la Cooperación
Internacional en Universidades".
3. OUI, UDUALYCINDAestablecen un Comité
de coordinación, integrado por un representante de
cada institución. Este Comité, que tendrá a su cargo
la implementación de la presente acta de acuerdo, se
reunirá a lo menos una vez al año.
1. OUI, UDUAL, CINDA se informarán
recíprocamente de sus programas de traBajo y de las
actividades que ejecutan para mantener una
adecuada coordinación y permitir una participación
activa de sus universidades miembros en ellos.
