LISTENING ( audio Room service)
Room service: Room service, can I help you?
Lidia: Hello, I’d like to order some dinner.
RS: Have you got our room service menu?
L: No, I’m afraid I haven’t. What is there in todays
menu? I’d like a salad or some soup.
RS: Good. You can have the Chef’s salad or the roast beef
salad. And you can have consommé or tomato soup.
L: I think I’ll have the roast-beef salad and then a ham omelette, if that is possible.
RS: Certainly, madam. Would you like something to drink?
L: Yes, can you bring me some red wine, please?
RS: Which room are you in?
L: I’m in room 236.
RS: So, that’s a roast-beef salad, a ham omelette and some red wine for room 236. I’ll send your dinner up immediately, madam.
L: Oh, and could I have an orange juice too, please?
RS: Certainly, madam.
L: Thank you very much. Goodbye.

(audio complaints 3)
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to complain about the service provided by the hotel during my recent stay.
The service was very slow and the housekeepers never cleaned my room properly.
Moreover, the shower didn’t work and despite we contacted reception several times, nobody repair that shower. Your staff didn’t listen to my complaints.
It was not the first time I stayed at your hotel but, to be honest, I’m unwilling to go again unless there is some guarantee of improvement.
I hope you will give this matter your immediate attention.
Yours faithfully
Peter Davidson

De nada.
Querido Sr. o Sra.
Peter Davidson
