MEMBERS CODE OF ETHICS
As a Member of this organization, I will:
1. Listen carefully to my colleagues.
2. Respect the opinion of fellow members.
3. Respect and support majority decisions of the Board and this Administration.
4. Keep well informed about developments relevant to issues that may come before the church.
5. Participate in Assembly Meetings and actions.
6. Bring to the attention of the Pastor any issues I believe will have an adverse effect on New Beginnings or
those we serve.
7. Refer complaints to the proper level in the chain of command.
8. Always work to learn how to do my best to represent God and this church.
As a Member of this organization, I will not:
1. Criticize fellow members or their opinions in and out of the church.
2. Discuss the confidential proceedings of the Church Assemblies outside the board room or with outsiders.
3. Promise before a church assembly how I will vote on any issues.
4. Interfere with the duties of the Pastor (Ex-Official) or undermine the Pastor’s (Ex-Official) authority with
church members.
MEMBERS CODE OF CONDUCT
As a Member of this organization, I
1. will not attempt to exercise individual authority over New Beginnings Church, Inc.;
2. will not express individual judgments about the performance of the leadership of New Beginnings Church;
3. will respect the dignity, values and opinions of each member.
4. encourage responsive and attentive listening;
5. am committed to positive and constructive forms of interaction;
6. will focus on issues, not personalities;
7. will recognize that the differing viewpoints are healthy in the decision-making process, we have the right to
disagree, but do so without being disagreeable.
8. will function as part of a team. All members should bring issues to the attention of the Pastor, not to other
individual members;
9. will conduct myself with courtesy toward each member during services, bible studies, assemblies and/or any
church activity being held;
10. will develop a working relationship with the Pastor (Ex-official) so that issues and concerns can be
discussed openly and comfortably.

Cómo Miembro de la Junta, Yo:
1. No atentaré ejercer ninguna autoridad individual sobre la Iglesia Nuevo Amanecer;
2. No expresaré ni haré juicio individual acerca del desempeño de los líderes de Iglesia Nuevo
Amanecer;
3. Respetaré la dignidad, valores, y opiniones de cada miembro.
4. Motivaré a que escuchen y respondan atentamente;
5. Estaré comprometido(a) a la interacción en forma positiva, y constructiva;
6. Enfocaré en las situaciones, y no en personalidades;
7. Reconoceré que los puntos de vista, aunque diferentes son saludables en el proceso de las
decisiones, dónde tenemos el derecho de estar en desacuerdo, pero hacerlo sin ser desagradables.

la iglesia.
