1 OZ of COINTREAU
10 Gr of WHITE SUGAR
1 OZ of PASSION FRUIT x 1KG
MUÑA leaf for decoration.
SAN LUIS SPARKLING WATER.
ICE
PROCEDURE
1. Fill a glass with ice and let it cool.
2. Blend Pisco, Cointreau, sugar, passion fruit in a shaker.
3. Pour into the glass.
4. Complete with sparkling water.
5. Decorate with Muña leaf.
