ADD UP es una colección de mesas auxiliares. Los
diferentes modelos se crean a través de
permutaciones de patas y sobres. La estructura
principal es de acero lacado en epoxi.
Los sobres son en cristal transparente,
al ácido, en formica y roble teñido.
The ADD UP table collection starts from the idea of
deconstructing the table. Once all the different
elements had been taken apart, we were easily able
to introduce variations in size and materials. The
result was that in fact, we had a new set of structural
elements which we could no longer assemble in the
original way and therefore we had to find other ways
of doing so. The introduction of these small changes,
freed the design from the usual typological
constrains.
The result is this most extraordinary collection of
tables generated from the juxtaposition of structural
and surface elements, generated from the ad hoc
system, will allow the clients the possibility of
creating pieces to fit specific project installations.
The main structure is made of epoxy lacquered steel.
The table tops have various finishes: glass, acid glass
and Formica.
