My name is Mary La Mariposa. I am a colorful butterfly who
loves nature and am very earth-conscious. I know how to read
Spanish, I love to serve others, and I play tennis well. My friends
say I am a natural leader and mother figure. I don’t know about
that, but I do go out of my way to make sure everyone is taken
care of.
Mi nombre es María La Mariposa. Soy una mariposa
colorida y me encanta la naturaleza. Por eso soy muy
consciente de cuidar a la tierra. Sé leer en español. Me
gusta ayudar a los demás y jugar al tenis. Mis amigos
dicen que soy un líder natural y muy maternal. Me
halagan mucho pero es cierto que me esfuerzo para

Hello there! My name is Gabriel Gallo, and I LOVE to SING. I
make sure everyone wakes up in the morning happy with my
songs. People say I am somewhat clumsy, but I am getting
better by taking karate lessons. I am really intelligent and
especially good at math and finances. I love sharing my
knowledge by tutoring my friends or helping explain things to
them. I am passionate about recycling. It’s up to us to take care

outgoing as my friends. I have been told that I am an introvert,
but I prefer to think of myself as a fantastic listener. My
friends know I will always lend an ear when they need to talk.
I love to bake and will always show my friends I love them
through my tasty treats, especially my best friend, Christina
Cabral. If I’m not baking, I enjoy playing basketball.

side and really quiet, except when I am with my best friend,
Violet. We spend so much time together and bake often.
The others say I have become quite the pastry chef! As the
youngest of the group, I am kind of like everyone’s ‘kid’ sister,
but I love being included in the group. It gives me a sense of
pride and belonging.

buena pastelera. Como soy la más pequeña del grupo, soy un poco como la hermanita. Me enorgullece que
me incluyan en su grupo. Me da un sentido de pertenencia y orgullo.
¡Hola! I am Yolanda Llamas and I am from South America. I
love clothes, shopping, garage sales and shopping ... I used to
have problems saving money because of my shopping. However,
I learned how to be thrifty, and now I enjoy window shopping
and helping my friends pick out their fabulous new outfits.
Come to think of it, I think I need a new karate uniform...

y las rebajas. En el pasado tenía problemas ahorrando porque me gustaban mucho
las compras. Sin embargo, ya he aprendido manejar mis finanzas y disfruto mirar los
escaparates de las tiendas y ayudar a mis amigos cuando ellos van de compras. Pensando
